Proche de la ville sans être dedans et très tranquille comme coin
Très peu de stationnement à l’arrière de la bâtisse. S’il n’y a plus de place il faut aller dans une place alternative à 3 minutes de marches de l’hôtel. De plus, c’est une fois arrivée sur place qu’on vous informe que la stationnement est payant. 50$ US la nuit si vous avez été capable d’avoir une place en arrière sinon 25$ US pour l’alternatif.

Staffs are frendly
They cleaned our room but did not fit our bed.
Provide some bottle water would be nice.

Hospedagem perfeita em Boston para os que apreciam custoxbeneficio. Café da manhã excelente! Há uma estação do T ( Lechemere) a menos de 10 minutos da propriedade, de onde todos os pontos interessantes podem ser acessados. Equipe da recepção “ show de bola”!Amei.

The bathrooms were remodeled and looked great. The breakfast was great. The location is perfect to get to the train and head downtown.
The elevators were a bit old but they worked fine.

Molto bella, colazione ottima, però c’è tantissima gente fino a quasi alla fine del servizio, e si fa fatica a prendere il cibo prima che finisca.
Parcheggio troppo caro per i nostri gusti. 50$ a notte. Pensavamo che ci fosse parcheggio gratuito sulla strada dopo avere letto un altro commento su Booking, ma non è così. Il parcheggio è solo per i residenti e non si può proprio parcheggiare, eccetto la domenica.

Everyone of the staff was very friendly.and happy to help, the room was spacious and the bed super comfy! The location overall is practical, although the road outside is not very nice to walk.
The hotel uses disposable plastic dishes, cups and cutlery for the brekfast buffet. For this price point and for IHG, I was hoping to see more eco-friendly options.

We were in Boston for the Marathon (my husband ran it). This hotel was very convenient, being a short walk from the T but was far enough away from the crowds. I would stay here again.

The staff were very nice and even upgraded our room so that 2 of us didn't have to sleep on the sofa. Beds were really comfy and everything was pretty clean! The breakfast was amazing and you have a lot of options which we found not to be usual in hotels in the US.
The orange and multivitamin juice for breakfast was pretty watery but apple juice was fine.
Since the hotel is directly located at a busy road, it was a little noisy but not too bad.

Parking 50$a day too much 😑 and is not clear in booking.com also I was with my wife I booked 1 double bed I received a room with 2 beds !!! The breakfest for 3 days was eggs

Breakfast was great and lots of selection. Beds were comfortable and room clean!
Toilet clogged for very little reason 4 times in 36 hrs, last time we called the desk and no one showed up so we packed up and checked out early without showering. Room was an ice box until you put it on 78 and then it melted you. Extremely disappointed for these reasons!

The hotel is centrally located with good access to public transportation. The breakfast options were good.
The room in which we stayed was dirty...found beer caps, hair stuck to bathroom ceiling and the air circulation system was loud and dusty (bathroom vent was full of dust as well) and unhealthy as I am allergic to dust.

I don’t like how you have to pay over night. I am paying over $200 for one night and then I can’t even park my car? when there was a parking lot with plenty of spots.

The breakfast spread was great and would rotate daily. The location worked well and was close to both a bus stop and train stop, and could even get to the hotel from the airport for free with public transportation. The staff was friendly, and didn't have a single problem with any of them.
Had gym access but not in the building, had to walk to a plaza next door. Cleaning staff would always start knocking around 10 about cleaning, would have preferred if they waited until 11 but not really a big deal.
