Good size utility suite. The safety feature of the time-control dial to prevent overheating of the stovetop.

As a utility suite, a kettle would be necessary to make tea or cup noodles. As well a small oven would come in heady for reheating of pizza or meat etc.

No exercise room due to Hurricane Ian.

I booked this hotel for possible post hurricane Ian use. I arrived the day after the storm to find NO staff. All of the hotel guests, including the mayor of Fort Myers Beach, we're in the parking lot. Guests had been told by hotel staff, as staff were jumping ship, that the guests had to leave the hotel by the next morning. I did not have use of the room and I will be disputing the charge.

There is a shuttle that will take you around the resort & they’re very fast and attentive.

The location to this place honestly sucked. It was not by the beach or anything in particular. Nothing was included in the price, there were only two pools & one pool bar. NO ONE comes to clean your room only after you call about 3-4xs.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Washing and dryer were clean and working. Rooms are spacious!

Unfortunately there's a musky smell in the hotel. The hallways are extremely warm. The beds need to be changed.

it was moldy dirty and very dated and walls were not painted door frames scratch and dirty! a total mess!

The room smelled very badly. Some of the outlets did not work. The blow dryer did not work. In the room had not been thoroughly clean in a very long time.

No breakfasr. Location was very good.

Too many dogs, would not stay there again. Wife suffers from allergies from pet fur and dander-. If I wanted to stay at a dog hotel, I would have booked at one. Barking, smell, etc. from dogs was a bit too much. I will check to see if our next hotel is pet friendly and choose one that is not for sure.

Good pillows and bed. Quiet room. Nice neighborhood.

There was minimal water pressure in our shower. I did not even attempt to wash my hair because I was afraid I could not rinse the soap out. I probably have not stayed in a hotel with such poor water pressure before, and I would not stay there again for that reason.
