My bill is not calculated right

Maintenance was hammering and working at 11pm and it was annoying. Elevator was not working properly and had a very long time coming and going. Breakfast place was horrible service. Waiting for 20 mins for a drink order to start and they never came so we left. Waiting for a discount for this inconvenience

Staff were incredibly accommodating and kind.

It was I’ll sanitary and in disrepair. Sewage seeping into the hallway with large air blowers trying to dry out the carpet. Rats running around by the door where the dumpster is which is also a guest access point. Larges piles of dirty laundry and trash left in the hallway outside of our room for over 12 hours. The carpet in our room was permanently wet (squishy!) from a dripping a/c unit. Just horrible conditions.

My room was not as clean as I participated. This trip was planned for my partner’s birthday, I wanted it to go well, I did a lot of planning. While having dinner a large roach starting crawling up the wall, when we walked over to kill the bug there was another on the table near open food. We took photos it ruined the evening we had to ask to switch rooms. I wanted to leave and I wanted a refund. We stayed because at that point we felt looking for a new hotel would be time consuming and ruin what time we had left. I will never book with them again, expectations were not! meant, I would like a refund. Thank you

The convenience of getting around town

It was a bit dated but overall very nice and comfortable.

-the bed was comfortable

-3 people knocked on our door disrupting our sleep very annoying -the photos didn’t look like the actual room -bar closes at 9 -our remote wasn’t working to the TV -my friends pillow looked liked someone slept on it -neighbors were loud

Hotel lobby was clean and the room was clean. The shower was wonderful.

There was no plugs to charge my phone, none in the lamps and all the outlets were behind furniture or the bed. The pool was under construction and there was buckets and trash in it.

the property is in disrepair, very outdated from the furniture to the carpets. There was no pool/patio access, it was torn up!! The hallways leading to room smelled and was dirty.

The decoration and staff’s attitude is really good

I have no idea about the event happening during the weekend and there is still people talking loudly in the lobby around 1:30am.

The hotel is run down, the elevator was broken, and the swimming pool looked like it had feces in it.
