The lady who changed the towels was nice Location was great p83 has a lot to offer

Didn't have any vending machine, although the signs stated ice and vending. Also, no bathroom on my floor other than my room. That breakfast wasn't that good I get it it's free

The hotel, room and staff were great. It was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was great, and the worker in charge was very welcoming and friendly.

The room was a little snug, especially with having a 9 year old and an infant.

Great location near ball park, nice restaurants, stores. Walking distance to many things. nice pool and hot tub with umbrellas,

The only issue was the sheets kept coming off the bed at the corners. Need deeper sheets. Everything else was good.

Proximity to Peoria stadium

Little to no room service although we asked. The only way we got towels and bath products was to search them out ourselves. You are charging spring training prices while not accommodating spring training game times. Our room was never cleaned in three nights when it’s obvious we were at games from noon to 4 each day. Schedule around game times not first thing in the morning. Hotel is updated but still feels old. Will not return
