Gave us the wrong room when we paid for a more expensive one because that’s exactly what we were looking for and when we called the GM she said since they sold out they just gave us whatever they had said she would call us back and never did VERY rude and unprofessional!! Unexpected holding fees of about $200 you aren’t told about till you arrive. Won’t take cash. Cockroaches were in the hall. Booked a 2 bed suite but was given a small thin blanket for the pull out couch and that’s it. Also cancelled on my friends a day before they arrived and didn’t let them know because they were over booked! They had it reserved for months. Do not stay here if you want your moneys worth because it’s first come first serve.

The set up of the rooms are so different with the bedroom being separate from the bathroom and other spaces. The customer service from the two gentlemen working that day was impeccable. They were sure to check on me and correct the problem with a few minor mishaps I noticed upon entering my room. I also enjoyed the television selections and my favorite part was the late check out at no additional charge. Though I didn’t need it the offering of it was so amazing! I will be back again for a third stay and more after! Hopefully I will see those familiar faces or others with just as great costumer services as those two gentlemen!

It were more then expect but for the price of the room, it were worth it (breakfast)

Clean and the staff were nice

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The carpet was stained on the stairs and hallway. Thin walls, we could hear the TV in the next room

The room decor and setup was very nice. The bed was amazing.

The carpet was very dirty and the breakfast could have been better. The walls in the entryway going to our room were also very dirty. Also the pillows could have been a little more firm

Very nice first the start good impression with the exterior design then from the lobby and the way the rooms are they are very unique and different

The rooms was big space for my family.

I had a few roaches I recorded one crawling. They didn't have my room ready when I supposed to check in. My room didn't have any towels or rags at check in. Heard a child crying and yelling all night.
