Included breakfast & location were great! Hotel was clean.

Room was noisy. It had an adjoining door, and you could hear everything on the other side of it like it was going on in your own room. Noisy neighbors. Noisy cleaning staff.

You advertise keeping families together. I reserve two rooms and one was at one end of the hall and one at the other at the same floor. At check in I asked to keep our rooms close together. My request was ignored.

Location is great, to the right from the exit, and first left behind the Chipotle restaurant. Quiet even though it was very busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were clean. There were 2 chairs to sit on which was great for the two of us, and a square ottoman. 2 luggage racks, one the usual folding one, the other a low drawer cabinet, 2 drawer cabinets -I mean a lot of storage. Pool and hot tub were great and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, staff replenished items as they ran out - there were a lot of travelers there.

Front desk staff ran to the parking lot & said we had left a phone in the room. My wife was very happy to have her phone found before we left.

8am is late to open a pool for those of us who like early morning swim before breakfast. Even when I asked for the coffee in room to be replaced it wasn’t done. It’s poor to not have basic eg emptying rubbish/refilling coffee/creamer stuff unless asked.
