Diese neue und moderne Villa befindet sich in bester Lage, um Ihren Urlaub zu verbringen. Es liegt 150 m vom Strand von Torreblanca und nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist und Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt ein Auto benötigen.
Die Villa ist brandneu und wurde in einem offenen Stil mit hellen Räumen voller Licht renoviert. Die Aufteilung ist praktisch und komfortabel und gliedert sich in drei Bereiche. Die Hauptzone ist die voll ausgestattete Küche und der Essbereich, in dem bis zu zehn Personen Platz finden. Hier finden Sie auch den Fernseher und den Sitzbereich. Alle sind hell und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer des Swimmingpools, sodass Sie das Gefühl haben, im Urlaub zu sein.
Auf der rechten Seite der Villa befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Auf dieser Seite des Hauses gibt es ein komplettes Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbetten für 3 Personen, ideal für Kinder.
Auf der anderen Seite haben Sie zwei Doppelzimmer, eines mit eigenem Schlafzimmer und ein separates Badezimmer.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa as a family of 8 with 3 generations. The villa is far bigger than the pictures show and was a fantastic base for our holiday. The location was perfect and has everything you could need within a five minute walk down to the strip of many, bars, restaurants and shops which run parallel to the large stretch of beach.
The communication from the host was fantastic throughout and she was on hand constantly for anything we asked no matter how little or large (apologies again for locking ourselves out)!
Highly recommend booking - don’t hesitate!

We lived the villa, it's perfect for large groups/family holidays. Much nicer than the photos. Shops close by, easy to travel around the area. Pool was lovely, we chose to heat it and did not regret our choice as we used it constantly. Nati was easy to communicate with and everything was easy. We would definitely like to stay again in future as it's perfect x

This is an excellent property for multi-generational, or multi-family vacations. We were 9 adults and the villa, patio and pool accommodated everyone very comfortably. The location is very handy to the beach and also the train station to facilitate trips to surrounding towns and restaurants in Fuengirola. No car needed!
The owners, Nati and Hernan, are outstanding. Nati received us at the property, showed us everything we needed to know and was available as needed, for any need we had including her restaurant suggestions. All the positive comments about Nati in the different reviews of this property are spot on. Best hosts in renting vacation homes for over 25 years. What you see and read about in the listing is what you get. Excellent home and hosts.

We had a fantastic month in this home. The wifi enabled us to work remotely for part of the time. It was a terrific base to see all things on the Costa del Sol and an easy walk into Fuengirola (Torreblanca area) for meals, shopping, and a quick drink or cafe con leche at a nearby bar. If there were any issues, Natalia and Hernan responded immediately and were excellent problem solvers. They made us feel welcome in their home and we had a great time. Wish we were there now.

The villa was great for our group of 8 adults. The only thing that would have made it perfect was a queen bed instead of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. The location was really great next to the Torreblanca train station and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was very good. We would stay there again.

Very nice and modern villa with a great location. Just 2 min walk from great beach, cafe's and restaurants. And if you want to travel for example to Fuengirola or east, just walk 1 min to railway station.
I can highly recommend this for families or friends groups. And a bonus, walking distance to the big padel centre... :)

Nati s lovely Mum greeted us and showed us all round the Villa, it really was even better than the photos! We were all very impressed, it was ultra clean and had everything we could have asked for including supplies in the fridge which Nati had kindly organized for us.
The pool was a great asset especially as the weather was so hot. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and lots of shady places to relax in when the sun just got too much.
The air conditioning was a real boon especially at night and the bedding (linens) were especially top notch and the mattresses were so comfortable which assured we all got excellent nights sleep all throughout our stay.
Hopefully we will return in the not so distance future to this beautiful villa its so close to the beach/shops/bars/restaurants etc. Perfect location perfect host. Thank you Nati for all your help hope to be back soon to your beautiful home.

We had a lovely holiday in a fantastic villa. It was perfectly located for the train, the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It is very well set out for 8 people with plenty of space to sit inside and out. The pool was also a real bonus. Communication with host was friendly, prompt and reliable. All in all would recommend.

Good overall family stay. A couple of issues noted on arrival, but Natalia responded immediately to sort. She was exceptionally helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We are considering another family break, and if we decide to return to the same area, we would have no hesitation re booking this property.

This was my first villa holiday and a first with the family. We were 6 adults and 2 children, we have set the bar now as not sure we could go back to hotel stays. This villa was so perfect for our family. It is very spacious inside and had 3 seperate seating areas outside, all enough for 8 people. The villa is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a day around the pool and a night al fresco, with bbq. The kitchen is well equipped, nothing was a problem. The bedrooms are also very spacious and very comfortable beds, which can sometimes be hard to find. The location of the villa is ideal, easy reach from malaga airport by train, station a few minutes away, we enjoyed a few days at nearby resorts, so easy to reach by train. We were a few minutes walk down to the beach with lots or bars, restaurants and shops. Overall a perfect experience in a beautiful villa, thank you Nati for all you have done to make it such a memorable family holiday. Communication and welcome was first class.

Natalia was extremely kind and helpful and communicated very well at every stage of our booking. She very kindly supplied food and drinks in the fridge for our arrival which we greatly appreciated.
The property is in an excellent location , convenient for restaurants, shops, and the beach. It is next to the train station which made it easy to visit other resorts.
The property itself was wonderful inside and outside . The pool was lovely and warm which was especially good for the two babies. But the adults loved it too!
I would highly recommend this property and I am very grateful to Natalia for all her help.

We (group of 9) have stayed at this property before so we knew how great it was and how handy the location was from the airport and to the beach. Nati was a great host keeping in touch before our arrival and providing recommendations of places to eat etc while we were there. The villa is exactly as described and we also chose to pay to heat the pool which made a big difference since our last visit and was brilliant. Some small issues with the property ie a broken air con unit were advised to us on arrival but they didnt impact the enjoyment of the stay and I would definitely recommend to others.

We are a family of 9 - 2 grandparents - 4 parents - 3 children - and the villa was absolutely perfect. We all had our own space and we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool at all times. The kid’s especially loved the pool and made full use of it. Communications were great. The location is perfect - adjacent to the train line and 5 minutes walk to as many bars and restaurants you need. Highly recommended

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this villa and it was fantastic. The property is beautiful and spacious with everything you need and the location is perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. The owner’s communication was brilliant, replying to any questions we had and the added extra touches like welcome drinks and essentials in the fridge made our stay all the more special . The pool was perfect for our children and it was as cleaned regularly during our stay. I would definitely recommend the villa for families visiting the area and should we ever return to the Costa Del Sol, we’d definitely stay here again.

Well what can we say from the moment of booking until the moment we left Nati was an absolutely wonderful host. Group of 9 came to stay here for myself and my wife’s wedding. Nati helped us so much nothing was too much hassle for her. The villa itself is absolutely amazing very clean and modern. We like the way it is separated into 2 wings. Both sides had 2 bedrooms 1 on each side with en suite and another full size bathroom on each side. The local area is quite with a few bars and restaurants but we found more than enough to do. The train station is literally down a set of steps less than a minute to walk to it so easy to get to airport or into nearby benalmadena or torremolinos. Pool was a bit cold when we were there but the kids didn’t mind. Good shallow end in pool for kids. Very well equipped with all mod cons washing machine and dishwasher etc. Nati had even left us bread, milk and butter and refreshments in the fridge. An absolute pleasure to stay here and will definitely be recommending to family and friends and hope to visit again soon. Thanks for everything Nati. Darron and Family.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The pictures are very true, as the villa is super clean, completely renovated and new and extremely spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are ocean views throughout the villa and you will have your toes on the sand in a short 5 minute walk. Natalia is a true 5 star host - she is kind, responsive and does everything she can to make your stay perfect.

We visited the area with my parents July 2021 and had a lovely time. The beach house with enclosed, private parking is perfect for groups like ours, who rented a vehicle to visit nearby cities. The owner, Natalia, is very responsive if you need anything during the stay.
The beach is walking distance - There we found comfortable beach beds and umbrellas you can rent for a fee. Further along the coast there is a boardwalk with many more restaurants and souvenir shops.

Just home from an amazing few days staying in the Villa. Natalia has been amazing from the minute we booked until the minute left, even helping us out with booking taxis. Villa was so clean and modern with everything you would need for a break away. She had food and beverages waiting in the fridge which was much appreciated by our group. Was 8 of us there and was plenty of room for everyone. Outside terrace was lovely for sunbathing and the view of the sea was an extra bonus. Would highly recommend this villa for a stay in fuengirola. Thank you!

A beautiful modern & stylish villa, with gorgeous spaces for sun and shade, together with lovely pool.
Nice outside soft seating for evenings ( we never used an indoor chair once!)
The villa is in a great location, as short and easy walk to the beach, shops, local restaurants etc.
We took our elderly parents with us, who normally lack confidence to do things on their own, due to Dads dementia, but here they had their own independence, and went out walking every day, with confidence, due to feeling safe in the location, and how accessible everything was. We have built some beautiful memories on this holiday. Thank you.

Spent a few days their with some friends and had a great time. The villa is really nice and has everything that you would need. Really nice owner who couldnt be more helpful. The location is just next to a railway line but the trains are not really noticeable and did not detract from our enjoyment of the villa. Ideally situated for the beach and also all the town facilities. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation.
