This time, there wasn't a dog barking all night.

The room smelled like mold/mildew with a mix of animal pee.

Location was ok

This apparently is a "dog friendly" hotel so friendly to dogs they allow owners of the dogs to leave for work and let their dog(s) bark for hours. I got to the hotel about 6pm and heard the dog barking until midnight. When I called about the stressed out dog the front desk lady said she knew the dog was barking and there was nothing they could do about it because it was a dog "friendly hotel". The next unpleasant thing is the "designated smoking area" is a really cool place to party at until 11pm at night. I heard yelling and loud chatter all evening long they were drinking and living it up like it was a party on a Tuesday night I was told "all I can do is ask them to not be so loud" So.. between the stressed our dog and the exciting Tuesday night party I couldn't get comfortable. It was way over priced for one night in hell.

You can’t beat the location.Right off of I75 close to shopping and restaurants including Top Golf.

Got locked in my room for over an hour due to a faulty privacy lock that wouldn’t disengage. The maintenance guy and the manager wasn’t on the property that day. Fortunately I was on the first floor and there was a building contractor staying at the hotel who had a bag of tools that hopped through the window after manipulating the locked window jam and dismantling the door lock so I could get out. I tried booking a room somewhere else but there was no availability. They eventually moved me to another room and three days later the manager called me and said she was giving 20% off my first nights stay. Really? good thing I didn’t have a medical emergency or building fire. They completely blew it off as no big deal. They lost a frequent traveler that day.

We were in room 303. Room was adequate in size. Had queen bed that was pushed so close to the wall that it was VERY difficult to get in/out bed plus bed height also was challenging. Room should never be rented to a couple. The room rate was far too high for its quality.

The room #110, was unhealthy. The room was very musty and smelled of mold. There were signs of moisture issues on the ceiling and fixtures. My throat was raw by morning. The room was also located directly adjacent to the registration desk and the staff was persistently loud up to about 3:00am. They need to train the staff and get an environmental hygienist to evaluate the air quality. It's a shame as the room itself was a nice suite layout that would make a long term stay pleasant.

easily accessible right off of I-75. Very spacious room complete with a full kitchen and full size refrigerator. large and clean bathroom amd a comfortable bed. Slept all night long. very quiet. Overall very nice property and friendly staff. Will definitely return when in the area.

They don’t offer any free breakfast nor coffee You have to make your own inside your room.

It’s supposed to be smoke free, but the halls smelled like each room was smoking marijuana.

Marijuana smoke everywhere and sketchy looking people on the floor. Also the parking was horrible. I think they were reading the lot, but it was a fiasco.

Absolutely LOVED the lady at front desk. Forgot her name. But she was an African American woman with shorter hair. She went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. All the way down to helping me find someone with a cellphone charger.
