The convenient location to Napa and Sonoma valleys, full breakfast, free parking on premises, amenities (pool, hot tub, exercise room, etc), clean room, modern furnishings, nice staff, etc

Very close to downtown Napa. Much more reasonable price than Napa hotels. We came for a concert at the Oxbow River Stage and it was very easy to get to from the hotel

Only stayed 2 of 6 nights.. was that bad.

I am reaching out , I just got back home from my trip to Napa... First off.. The hotel was very dirty, and sheets were not clean... the restrooms had not been clean in I do not know how long.. We stayed 2 days and just could not handle it.. I spoke with lady upfront she told me I needed to contact you all because the booking was through you all. I do not believe $1673 paid for this hotel was worth any of this amount.. I would like either partial or at the miniimum 4 days back from this. We ended up staying with friends until they left and we were forced to find another hotel for our last nights stay. Which was another $200 .. Please get back with me Again horrible experience.

The bugs in the room, we had to do away with 2 cockroaches coming from the hallway into the room.

liked the size of the room, the comfort of the beds. the location, that it had pool and spa.

they did not have any milk for breakfast. we were traveling with 4 kids ages 4 to 11, so that was an issue. Pool and hot tub had leaves in them.
