Check in went well. The receptionist in valley were very nice.The lobby was nice and clean.
The rooms were very small. I booked a smoke-free home but as soon as the elevator doors open to my floor it smelled of weed and cigarettes. There was a hole in the wall underneath the sink.
The lady in the breakfast area was very rude to my child. And very smart elocky to me! I paid for breakfast to be included in advance. But wasn't given vouchers for it! I had to come down and request them. After I found out about them. I did not enjoy my stay $200 wasted.!!!

Location
Our bathroom was flooded and was switched to another room that did not have city view as requested. Shower had hair in it , floor was dirty. Shower floor gets extremely wet from half shower glass. Valet parking should be free for rooms over 200.00 dollars and not a separate fee. We had two rooms total for over 500 dollars. The accommodations are not worth this price point.

The was fine but it had gnat's in the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of. the view was fine, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. The valet guy's was very nice.
The bar area was closed the two days that we were there.

Staff was friendly and responsive.
The place was an absolute mess. The first room had the lock ripped off on the outside and inside of the door. The presence of mold was obvious as the staff would leave vacant room doors open to air out the rooms. Bugs in the bathroom , loud AC unit, alarms starting going off for hours one evening, TV would lose signal occasionally, and key card got deactivated multiple times.

I did not like it and I asked for a refund they had bugs that ate my kids up I asked to speak with hotel management and they said it was the weekend no one was there also there was no AC I. the room and the bathroom was very much dirty I asked to switch rooms they said they clothes had no more rooms but they can have it cleaned

it was a nice area. great location not to far from Beale street. also had plenty of other restaurants surrounding the hotel all within walking distance
I didn’t really like the fact that we didn’t have a choice for parking. It was either pay park at the hotel or park somewhere else. I would much rather be able to park my own car.

Our bathroom was disgusting. Pubic hair left in the shower and on soap left on the showers shelf. Large cracks in the drywall as if someone had been thrown against it and broke it. Hallway was dark and dingy and the carpet stained very dark and it’s staining that will never come out. Good location to Beale Street which was a redeeming feature

The Location of the hotel is perfect - 3 minute walk to Beale Street.
Price was very reasonable
There was nothing that we didn't like other than the room we had looked over a car park and once you are inside the hotel you could have been anywhere in the world

Wrong room then we booked when they put us in the room we booked. The water stopped working for 3 hours. Check in staff Was a great help. We paid for valet and they young kid handed us our keys told us go get our own truck. No microwave in room for the price of almost $500 for 2 nights

towels were removed by housekeeping with no replacements, had to ask for more several times. breakfast was advertised at $11 but was charged $17.50 and to be told only one of us could have any juice as they had run out

Fairly easy walking distance to Orpheum and Beale Street. The valet parking was smoothly run. The room was quiet, clean and comfy. Plenty of towels and pillows. The view room was worth the small up-charge! This is the second time I've stayed here and will definitely stay again.
