The staff was wonderful, helpful and professional. I have stayed at very few Hilton properties and was impressed. Very clean, rooms were spacious and there were decent areas for pets with supplies needed. I was placed with consideration on the first floor closer to the back door for easy access to the pet area.
Kudo’s to Troy at the front desk. When I packed up to leave the breakfast bar had closed. I was hoping to make it before that due to a long drive on the road. He very graciously went to the back and brought out a bag with the bagel I was hoping for with jam, as well as a carefully wrapped apple and water. Such a sweet gesture.
I want to also provide a BIG SHOUT OUT to Marcy for helping me with an item I had left behind to ensure that I had it overnighted to my next destination. She went way beyond the call of duty to help. What really stood out to me was that she was also in the middle of conducting a property tour, so to go all the way to the Fed Ex location and making the time to do this made it all the more appreciated. I was beyond grateful to her. I have been in the industry myself for 25+ years and recognize excellence when I see it. We called it White Glove Service which is what your staff at this location provided.

Very noisy in my room which was on the first floor. I did not expect total silence by any means but the walls next to me and floors above appeared to have no insulating factors to help muffle any sounds at all. Very loud.
There were only 2 Bell Carts. I had to wait for one to be available. The front desk clerk that evening (Theresa) was kind enough to hunt one down for me. My suggestion would be to purchase several more. There seemed to be a definite need with non stop check ins.

Check in time was not until 4PM and after driving for 8 hours we had to sit in the car for another hour since we arrived early. Per friendly but room floor was not cleaned properly and showed sign of prior pets. Paid $75 for the added and very disappointed.

The breakfast was great and the location was great also.
Basically we had a dog (dashound) and we had to pay a fee of $50.00 which I think is unreasonable. I can agree with a deposit as some of the other hotels provide.

Very clean. I believe it’s been renovated since I was here last year. The room was very nice. The location is great, food and stores close by. This is the 2nd year we’ve come to this hotel on our trip and everything is always very clean and that the staff is always fantastic, that itself makes it worth the money.
Last year when I was here the hot tub was broken and taped off, this year it was gone completely so I was a bit disappointed. I’m pretty sure I booked a room with two queens and pull out couch like I had last year, but I got a room with two queens and no pull out. There were six of us so this was inconvenient but they were sold out so we made it work as we were leaving super early in the morning anyway. My biggest complaint is more about the area than the hotel at all, no 24-hr gas stations and we left at 4:30am. If you’re leaving early be sure to gas up the night before.

the only thing I can think or is the $75 non refundable pet fee is a little steep for my liking. We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and they did not charge this fee. we have a small dog and stayed one night were there less than 24 hours and our dog did nothing wrong. I feel like this fee should be refundable like the incidental fee is.

NOTHING. Everything was an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Poor customer service. Hotel was unkempt. Elevator was absolutely scary and I did not feel safe there. Do not stay.
There was no communication regarding the pool cancellation. They were NOT offering the breakfast amenities mentioned upon booking and that would have required me to go elsewhere for these services. I could not predict the condition of the hotel prior to arrival and after receiving the poor customer service and walking through the unkempt hallway to the hotel elevator, which was taped with uneven flooring and peeling walls, I did not feel safe continuing my stay there. I immediately came back down to request assistance in cancelling and was waiting for close to 10 minutes for someone to arrive. Once she did arrive she was sharp and stated she was not able to help in any way and I needed to contact the third party who booked my stay.
I did NOT feel safe staying there with my family, nor did I feel safe staying there by myself and thus I immediate found other accommodations and checked out of the hotel. Upon my departure, no one, yet again, was available at the reception desk so we left the keys in the hotel room and called to notify them we would not be staying there and were checking out. That was done by 9pm and we had not checked into the hotel until after 6pm. They are NOT refunding my stay even though I did not stay any of the 3 nights booked. This was a TERRIBLE experience.

the hvac unit in the room was very loud, construction in the room above us at 8:45 AM, the only fruit at breakfast was red delicious apples, too much single use paper and plastic at breakfast
