The gym equipment to work. The ice machine on my floor was broken some of our stay.

Loved the room. Nicest we've EVER stayed in and we've stayed in many, many, many hotels before now! A+ staff and amenities. The desk clerk/Manger? Was fantastic and so very nice. Matter of fact, all your workers were. I didn't interact with the maids. The food was great but I wished you would've served scrambled eggs daily.

The mattresses were WORE OUT! Very restless night on a squeaky mattress that every time you moved it squeaked.

The room was clean and the morning staff was very kind and helpful. They helped me carry my baby items to the car.

The person who checked us in was very rude. He literally told me I wasn’t a guest of Holiday Inn that I was a guest of Booking.com so he couldn’t help me with anything. I arrived very late with a tired and crying baby and was met with such rudeness I started crying myself. My room was on a utility floor which was a bit scary because I was alone.

The shade in for the window in room 306 does not block the light for the building. It looks like it is sunrise all night long and kept waking me up.

Nice hotel, Breakfast had a nice variety

The swimming pool was not functioning due to the heater not working. Facility was waiting for it to be repaired.
