It was a horrible experience my sister-in-law and brother had taken me there and he wouldn't let him come in to help me and I had just been in a car accident and my back is broke then he wanted $100 deposit cash doesn't say nothing about any of that on the booking and then my sister left I went to go in the room and there was the most awful smell and I just felt like there was only four other guests there and I was about to experience something I probably didn't need to so I called for a ride and canceled he wouldn't let me have my sister come in and bring my stuff he was going to charge me $15 to do that and it was just I felt like he would be watching me come to find out the place has been rated for human trafficking

Nothing he wanted a cash deposit instead of me talking to anybody they would be my guest and I would have to pay and it was all weird

The uncleanliness, and the smell, as well as it feeling like a Third World country entire time we pulled up until the time we left.

The desk guy was rude and lies

Said i booked wrong day then went the next day he said i canceled the booking then they try to get my card payment a week later

I got injured and split my shin from the bed there was a metal sticking way out from the bed it's covered by the bed skirt and can't see it but when you walk by you injure yourself. Very dangerous. I have pictures the day of my injury.

I travel for work, and I try to get the best value for my travel dollar. Fuel prices are bad enough so you have to say where you can.

Owners have been upgrading the rooms and they’re very nice for an older hotel.

Breakfast was waffles, toast, and cereal, and I feel petty and very American for saying this, but I would have expected meat, eggs, fruit, bagels with cream cheese, and some sort of Danish, but I think i might be spoiled..

There not being an elevator was Hella weird, and inconvenient, I wish I would have known before I packed my rollie suitcase....

shower broke, spilt paint all over bathroom floor. many wefare tenants. very noisy a/c heater. limited breakfast choice

The dining room was very clean, TV news some mornings which i like. Food choices were sparse.Staff kept everything stocked and were very friendly.The juices were delicious. The manager was super helpful, answered all my questions, the office staff are Great.Room very comfortable.

Would have like fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. Only 2 cereals, white bread with 1 jelly and waffles. Did not eat breakfast more than twice in 3 week stay. Really missed swimming. The pool is out of order permanently.

I don't like the reception. when I went look like he is upset even not smile also.. other then everything is good.

Lots. Swimming Pool was advertised in Booking but has obviously been down a LONG time “due to maintenance issues”; Room was poorly lit even with all lights on, dark and musty. Strong smell of Pine Sol, very old box springs that were stained, bed frames that protruded, shower handle did not work, lights that did not work (staff had to fiddle with shower knob and lights), Very small TV, when we left the fire marshall was arriving.
