Our room was clean with the exception of a few areas which could have used a little TLC, but overall it was OK.

The toilet seat was disgusting. Toilet seats are inexpensive and could be replaced for $10 so it should be an easy fix. The housekeeper has to pay attention to the small details and report it to management. There was no hot water in the shower, but because the temperature was in the 90’s it didn’t bother me, but my husband was very displeased.

The hotel was nice but the staff was out of this world. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel welcome. It is greatly appreciated!

Reservations online were fairly easy and relatively quick, but there is room in the process for some simplification. Staff at front desk was excellent, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not quite up to par with breakfasts at other hotels of this price range. I thought the turkey sausage patties had a strange, unappetizing taste. I've had much better scrambled eggs at other places. The novel pancake machine, on the other hand, turned out fresh and tasty pancakes.

Breakfast was wonderful!
