Common areas to enjoy both inside and outside. Hot and cold filtered water available for making coffee, tea or to refill water bottle. Comfortable rooms. A bar to have a glass of wine in the evening. Safe place. Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough too about Ron at the front desk who made a very stressful situation and reason why I was here (medical emergency) so much easier because of his compassion and care.

The room was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable. I was there for less then 24hours, I don't have much to say.

The bathroom was a bit out dated by still nice

Beautiful patio overlooking pool. It would be a wonderful spot for a weekend wedding.

Would've like longer dining and bar hours.

Location is useful if you need to go up and down the Valley

The Pool was nice, Hotel employees should be cleaning the area up and picking up Trash that other Guests have left.

The check-in was easy and efficient. I was given a room at the end of the hall so it was quieter than expected. The room had not been used in quite some time and had a stale smell to it. Same thing with the shower, no water for 1 minute in the pipes and then explosion of yellow water. I had to then let it run for another 5 minutes before getting in. Check out was simple and easy. They do have a very nice gym for people, but the steam room is on the other side of the gym area and there are no joining change rooms to the gym or steam room so users have to walk to and from with their robe on? oh well, fun anyways.

Could have been a bit cleaner in the rooms. Stale smell. The window blinds/shades did not close all the way.

I get the fact they want to host events but having 30-40 teenagers running around and no parking made for an incredibly terrible stay.
