I stayed there almost ah month ago and still haven't got my deposit back which is unexcusable I'm still waiting on it.

The lobby and public areas were very clean and in forms flashy

Minor things like doors not being properly fitted for doorways where they don't close properly without some additional force

Comfortable bed, nice being able to walk to the Scope arena.

Cold laminate floor. In the room and in the hallway. No sound absorption, so you could hear everything all around you. Didn’t know there was a $15 parking fee.

The experience was nice but still awaiting a reciept for my stay that they said would be sent to my email address in which i provided but still nothing.

The MSC Representatives, they did not do the job that they are paid to do. Too many excuses and no productivity.

The fact that it’s a college dorm and the inconvenience when you check in the fact there was no manager or supervisor on duty entire weekend 1 working elevator roaches in room after being transferred from flooded room drawer not staying closed no working ice machine no breakfast false advertisement on website

Roaches in my room and holes in the carpet. Bad smell in the room. And no manager to talk to for complaints or partial refunds. I’m disappointed and angry

I didn’t like much.

Towels had hair coiled in them. Tub floor was gross. Things were just not real clean.

Room area was large.

Light fixtures, towel racks, wall rails, and toilet paper holder were all hanging off the walls. Beds were not stable, they rolled across the floor easily. Area not good and parking not secure. Felt like a motel stay. Price was extremely too high for the rooms at this hotel.

Restraunt was good, server was very nice, check in was easy,

Only one of 4 elevators was working and it dident sound good. People from pool dripping water all over and I walk with a cane. Dirt on the floor in room and we found popcorn on the floor by the bed.

Room was clean.

First night couldn’t change tv it stayed to weather channel. Didn’t get it fixed until next night.

Dirty, old, no breakfast. Just a lousy hotel - and expensive.

Size of pool area. Clean sheets. Clean towels. Maintenance man was very nice. Greg and Manager M (can't remember. Name) nice. Had to fix toilet and refrigerator at check in (did do immediately)

To be a Wydyman Property it does not stand up to other Wydyman stays at all. 2 out of 4 days of stay Pool closed at noon for "potential weather" but even if a storm came/left/didn't come it remained closed, per Ricardo GM. Pool closed by 7pm way before dark. Paid 15 a day to park in the hotel parking lot, ridiculous. Younger black lady fairly new at desk could use some personable skills when dealing with people. Website information needs to be updated, the on-site restaurant is no longer open for breakfast hours. Halls are very warm. Room a/c could be updated. Lobby remodel is somewhat misleading to the rest of areas in hotel. 2/4 of elevators work. The surrounding area on one side isn't great but if your use to "the city" or a "project " area it's not really nothing, just like any other place they are there.

Space with no furniture, fridge not working, bathroom doors don't lock, nasty hotel , bad odors.

The front lobby was beautifully decorated and the location was convenient in distance to downtown.

Upon checking in we were informed that there was a $15 per day parking fee; however, there was not an elevator to catch from the parking lot up to the lobby. My friend has mobility issues, so this made it difficult to climb the flight of stairs. This was very disappointing. The room was outdated and dusty. The wheels on the beds rolled when you sat on them; therefore, we had to be very careful each time we sat. The bathtub was disgusting with mold and desperately needed deglazing ( so much so, that we had to stand on a towel to shower). The toilet made a loud banging sound each time we flushed. I expected so much more from Wyndham Hotel. I had never experienced this before.
