Room restroom was stopped up. When my son flushed, water came up to rim. I had read reviews regarding this issue by another guest prior to booking, but I hoped isolated and had been corrected. Reported to front desk, and he took my son somewhere to get a plunger, which my son then had to plunge the restroom!!! Paid in full for room and was there working the issue! Something employee should have done. Seemed they were short staffed, and the man that seemed to be the manager was irritated and cussing under his breath about other things going on. I think it was just a bad day, but there are some things facility wise that need immediate attention. Stay only because booking was non-refundable.

Que se me presentó una emergencia familiar teniendo que regresar a mi casa a 1 de haber llegado, ósea me faltaban casi 6 noches demore otra noche más ósea un total d dos noches, y pedí que por favor me devolvieran las otras noches qu no iba a utilizar, y fueron groseros no me atendían el teléfono no lo tomaban, me trataron con racismo, no de lo peor… y finalmente hablando Booking con ellos solo me van a devolver como 100 dólares el resto de noches se las robaron, y me trataban muy mal, cuando respondían, no volveré por allá el aseo no lo hacen mientras estés hospedado, horrible, de lo peor, para un hotel de su categoría eso fue muy mal, ahhh y el ascensor no servía🤦🏻‍♂️no lo recomiendo si te pasa una emergencia, no te devuelven nada, te roban de frente

There was a wierd smell on the third floor

There is a gentleman who works at the front desk when checking in. He has two black rings on both fourth finger sizes of his hands. When i checked in last week,it was because i was having surgery at the hospital down the street. This same gentlemen was working. He's very happy all the time. He shared where everything was in and around the hotel area. He also gave me advice on how to get a crook out of your neck Lol. He made sure that my grandbaby and i was ok. Well he also checked me in again yesterday. And again he was happy. If i owned a hotel i would have him run the hotel when ever i had other things to take care of.

On March 10th 2024,my husband and i checked into the Best Western Hotel in Pineville. When i went up to the front desk the same gentleman was working. Once again he was very happy. And once again he made sure i was ok. Well when i got into the room i always take a look around and i immediately noticed that the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Then i noticed that the soap dish and bathroom wall had not been cleaned as well. So i took a video of them all. I wiped down the toilet seat and put tissue on the top so that i could sit down. When i flushed the toilet all hell broke loose. The toilet began to overflow. I yelled for my husband and he called downstairs to inform them of what was going on. Do you know they said that one of us needed to come down to get a plunger. I instantly got angry. Because I'm the guest and it's not my job to pump their toilets. On top of all of this take it i just had surgery six days ago. While writing this review a bug crawled across the headboard of the bed and my husband had to kill it. I'm very disappointed in the Best Western Plus Hotel. They should do better by loyal guests.

Breakfast and the fact there was a mall right down the road

My room 432 had some loose outlets and a shared door as well. The elevator was very slow and did smell a lot on different days

Had to leave for another motel due to a boiler being down and not being able to give my 5 year old a bath at 8:00 pm at night as well it being 16 )° outside and them saying they had no Idea when itd be fixed. I still HAVENT received my comp. The manager Dave said he was covering but hasnt responded to the booking.coms comp email to get it done.

The rooms were clean and the location was super close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Staff was polite. Beds were comfortable.

The elevator only worked about half the time, we didn’t have hot water the first night and had to wash our hair in the sink with cold tap water, and the fire alarm woke us up our last morning there 2 hours ahead of our alarm. Lots of things out of their control but we weren’t offered any kind of compensation or discount. We were on the top floor.
