Location was convenient.

Bed was a little uncomfortable.

the bathroom was not cleaned that good and there where ants in the bath tub and all over the floor, I couldn’t use my key to get in the side doors i had to use the front door

They let us check in early. Hotel clean. Staff friendly.

No place to print out boarding pass and luggage tag. Business center CLOSED! Printer not working within open public area across from reception desk. Ice machine NOT working on first floor. I was on third (2nd stay) and had to walk too far to end of corridor on floor TWO! I asked for handicapped room first stay and UNAVAILABLE 2nd stay due to leak. NO hand held shower. Sink too high for me and could hardly reach over bowl to brush teeth! (Not everyone is 6 ft tall!) REFRIGERATOR IN ROOM WAS NOISY and not in the cabinet. Major problem was boarding pass issue. Reception tried but miniature size of what it should be to use at the airport check in! I had stayed here on April 13 and then last night April 17.

Perfect location for our trip

A lot of difficulty accessing our room with the key card. Front desk staff was helpful, remade the keys but still had to come and make several efforts to get door open.

The bedding was nice and very clean. There were no nasty old blankets. All the bedding was washable white linens…Nice!
