The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had a difficult situation. When we needed extra time to check out they were more then willing to give it with no extra charge.

Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent location with good bus connections (about 20min to downtown or 10min driving) and lots of food options nearby. Good breakfast options at the hotel.

Room space was great: we got free upgrade to a suite so had an extra room.

The heater didn't work in the bed room. We had a suite, so it was still heated. Also, the pool was a little cloudy and gross. And then was closed for a day .

food was expensive and breakfast was not like the other IHG. no eggs or cinnamon rolls. you had to pay fir eggs. $10

Location was great!

The room had a broken toilet when we checked in and it took them a whole day to fix it! Not once did they clean (service) our room during our whole stay! When we realized that they had not cleaned the room we called the front desk (4pm) and she said the cleaning staff had left for the day!

bathroom of 310 was awful. terrible reno, old bathtub with stains of old non-slip tub mat from the 80s or 90s. bathroom door of 310 had lots of splatters of something on door and trim. Yuck

The mold in my shower. I have pictures. The BLACK MOLD in the hallways of the first floor. I have pictures of those as well. This place is a HAZARD. Needs to be closed and cleaned. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for hazardous surroundings. I will be pursuing a refund.

For the price I paid to stay there I was pretty disappointed. I’ve stayed in rooms for much cheaper that were nicer than the one I stayed in. When I got to my room the door wouldn’t open and I had to get help from the front desk (who was extremely kind and helpful). The door apparently gets jammed and you need to pull the handle upward for it to open. The window shade switch was broken and would not go down all the way. I was put in a suite room, which is usually fine but the door/wall was so thin I was up all night hearing the conversations and T.V. of the people in the joining room. Not to mention also, the hotels I’ve stayed at for nearly $100 cheaper per night had free coffee and continental breakfast… I was a bit disappointed.
