booked way in advance, am handicapped and request a first floor room or at least one close to the elevator. what I got was a top floor at the very end of the hallway and the last room on that floor. I feel this was intentional. The desk clerk was pleasant just not on top of her job , the coffee was cold in one pot and the other was empty.

It was probably just our to locations in accordance with staff movement, but it was very noisy for a great deal of the day.

Quick and convenient Highway access, nice room except the A/c-Heater made a horribly loud noise every time it came on, and since it was weekend evening, there was no maintenance personnel to fix it. The purpose of my stay was to get some much needed and that was impossible to do. The evening reception staff attempted to do her best in helping

the next morning, but they didn’t honor that because I booked through this app. Then they told me I would get points, but I thought that was not a good solution (all I needed was a good nights rest)
The USB ports weren’t working, The A/c-Heater made a horribly loud noise every time it came on, and since it was weekend evening, there was no maintenance personnel to fix it. The purpose of my stay was to get some much needed and that was impossible to do (I am the only care giver to my dad and he was in surgery/hospital).
The evening reception staff attempted to do her best in helping me. She was able to get ahold of the manager after leaving a message and she told me that the hotel was full, couldn’t move me and that they would refund $25 off my room. The next morning, different staff, didn’t honor that because I booked through this app. Then they told me I would get points, but I thought that was not a good solution (all I needed was a good nights rest) because I don’t travel as much as have in the past. I also attempted to give a punch list to the morning reception staff about the room, but they didn’t right it down and didn’t seem to care. (A/C making horribly loud noise every time it came on, Light bulb out in lamp, USB ports not working)

There was a lot! So I'ma just going to list what I experienced. As I was checking-in I wasn't greeted properly. Clerk couldn't find my room and said to me "go call your 3 party reservation (Booking) and ask what's going on, but instead I waited for her to leave n I asked another clerk and he did find me reservation rooms. The 1st clerk off the top had an attitude! Then after I payed for 3 rooms for a night I had asked what time is clock-out was told 11. Then clerk said but you can call front desk and ask if you can get a late check out around 12.. So I called the next morning, was turn down for late check out! Smh not only this but as I was leaving another family was experiencing the same problem from what I overheard. As my personal opinion this probably happens very often. Will never stay at Hampton inn again!

The location of where our activities were great.
The staff was somewhat slow in us getting our room. We got there early and understood we couldn't get in until 3 but we were promised a call and didn't get one and was not able to get a room until 4:00.

Pool/pool room was very dirty. My bathtub had hair/particles in it. One of the beds had hair in it. There was a sticky/crusty spot on the floor that I stepped in BAREFOOT. It was very disgusting. The floors looked like that hadn’t been Vaccumed from the prior guests. Overall was VERY disappointed & ended up going to a different hotel the next day. With this being one of the more “expensive” hotels in the area, the cleanliness was horrible.

The breakfast variety, the pleasant and professional staff.
The flat sheets had yellowish strains and one of the body towels to dry off with had stains. I simply used the other clean towel.
