Beds are good

Water pressure was bad shower floor was seek and damaged.

Very very nice and helpful staff, very nice people staying, for the most part was clean and quiet. Nice laundry facility and very nicely decorated for the holiday.

Pics of bbq area are outdated not much to it the area grills are old and falling apart, gym doesn't have much equipment was older and not in good shape. They need notes on the facility no ice machine only uses freezer ice which made 6 cubes the first night we just bought our own, no room service but once a week depending on your dates of stay- towels can be brought downstairs to lobby to be exchanged, you are responsible for your own trash. Couch in my room was busted been sat on too long sank in the middle bad, hot water took forever to work and did not work almost at all in the kitchen, room was clean when we arrived but there are obvious repairs that need made to previous leaks, cabinets falling apart, or discolored tub (some of the things i noticed but note i did not make a formal complaint just rolled with it). These things wouldn't be bad if I lived there which some tenants do but be up front I booked a hotel room not an apt this was not made clear at the time of the booking so it was kind of a surprise and not just to me. And hotel is priced very close to others around it that provide more services. They need to make serious upgrades to the facilities and rooms. But give the employees a raise they are excellent!

I like that the property was need an clean, the room had a full kitchen and seating area.

The toilet had trouble flushing. It would have been nice to have cups in the kitchen.

I like the location it was close to a gas station and at Walmart. The staff was nice and friendly and accommodating

there was one towel one hand towel and one face towel in the bathroom as a person with long hair I need more than one towel. I got a room with a bathtub for a purpose of taking a bath but there was rust or milk out the tub was disgusting it was not clean it all. The refrigerator was rusted from the bottom like the door looked like it was gonna come off.And I’ve stayed at this particular hotel before and granted it was probably a year and a half ago but the facility just really has deteriorated a lot in only a year.

The carpet were dirty, smelled and were ragged at the edges. The host yelled at me and was rough in manners and rude.

a little bit of paint and fix some of that minor cosmetic stuff in the rooms would go a long way.

THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN.

THE ONLY DRAW BACK WAS THAT THERE WAS NO FOOD AVAILABLE, SO WE HAD TO GO OUT TO EAT.

Air conditioning worked well

Don't stay here unless you like being treated like a thief. The pictures of this place are false advertising. The staff make you have an arm band for their lousy pool where the hot tub doesn't work and neither does the waterfall. They used to do morning breakfast but they have that area curtained off. Not even a coffee pot in the area as you have to ask the counter person for a cup of coffee and they won't even let you put the sugar and creamer in yourself, they do it so you won't steal it. The parking lot is full of worker's trucks so I guess this place caters to them. Bugs can come in through the busted screens so don't open the glass. Overpriced, no breakfast, no coffee maker in room, you have to beg for kitchen supplies even though you stay here to use the kitchen and I could on and on, but just don't stay here.

Location was great

Pool had visible dirt in it. Could not make your own coffee. You had to let them make your coffee after waiting for someone to come to desk. Tell them how much cream and sugar. Zero breakfast. Not even cold cereal options. Hotel next door (Comfort Inn) was much better.
