Beautiful hotel, very impressed. Your wait staff for our breakfast was 10/10. Some of the kindest we’ve ever met. They were truly impressive

LOVELY FACILITY.

SOME LOUD NOISE FRON AN ABOVE UNIT ONE EVENING. THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE ROOMS TO TRANSFER TO UNFORTUNATELY. BUT THE HOTEL CANNOT BE FAULTED FOR THAT. THEY DID REDUCE OUR ROOM RATE FOR THE EVENING THOUGH.

All the staff we had to deal with were very kind considerate of people and making sure your stay is as good as it could be.

I did not love the breakfast. The omelets were terrible. I think someone has to train the chef in making egg dishes.

parking. cost. no breakfast in high rate 75? for a dog, higher than the Plaza!!! coffee ran out in morning. staff oblivious.

When we checked in the reservation we made via Booking did not push through to the Hotel so we had to wait at the front desk for quite a while Booking customer service worked on their end to resolve the issue. After that was fixed (thank goodness the hotel had available rooms) the manager on duty, Peter, was so overly apologetic and offered us a free room upgrade. I thought this was exceptional service considering the issue was with Booking.com and not with the hotel. Pete was so very helpful, walked us through everything and offered us the upgraded room. We always stay here when we're in Freeport and this experience was truly outstanding.

This experience has taught me that even though you have a confirmed (and fully paid for) hotel reservation on Booking.com that doesn't mean it's confirmed at the hotel level. Going forward I will call the hotel directly after booking to make sure its there. Had the Hilton in Freeport been fully booked we would have been searching for lodging somewhere else which is not a fun experience.

beautiful grounds, close to shops and restaurants walking distance, staff was great , very clean.

the pool was closed. that was part of purpose for stay for kids

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, didn’t use the pool but overall a decent hotel in a perfect location

This Hilton location is close to all Freeport amenities and restaurants. With a fitness room, pool & hot spa it is the best place to check all the boxes. Relaxing and comfortable. There os a full service restaurant for breakfast and on weekends dinner if you do not wish to explore off site.

This property has everything I enjoy when I travel. I mentioned above the things I like about the hotel.

they could not find when I booked that I included to pay for the breakfast package. Tgey tried to charge me twice and stated due to a third party booking thru booking .com they could not see in my reservation. It made it difficult to enjoy my breakfast. They did finally accept and did not have to pay additional.

The location was great to all the shopping 🛍 it was nice to be able to walk vs. Drive to the shops.

The night time Mgr seemed as if it was a bother for the employee at the bar to ask them for help. The employee at the bar was extremely nice and friendly. He had a great personality and very out going. We enjoyed having a drink and conversing with him.

When we arrived, there was an issue with laundry and rooms were not ready. Staff managed our disappointment and offset the 90 min wait with complimentary breakfast for the length of stay, which we thought was quite fair. Thank you.

Breakfast was great. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Upon arrival at 3pm which was checking time. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get checked in. Several times was told 15 minutes. We had previous engagements arranged and was on a time constraint ended up having to get a different room in order to get checked in.
