Everything was a great--clean, comfy beds, and a good location. I always enjoy a hot breakfast and they had the waffle maker so we were all happy and content before striking out to visit nearby waterfalls! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The only reason I did not give it a 10 was because one of the features I was looking for was an indoor pool. They had one and of course it was not operational. I wish they would update their listings. It made me cancel the second night in Ithaca and book somewhere else.

Hotel location is nice.room is so big and quiet.Breakfast was good also.

When we arrived, there were other guests still in our room. (We were given key cards for the room and actually walked in on them.) Also, the property was generally shabby and dated. The parking lot was due for repaving, and all of the decor seemed dark, worn, dirty, and ready for a remodel.

the property was in a good location away from downtown but still within close driving distance. The staff was very friendly and the entrance looked very nice. The continental breakfast was good.

our room (115) was next to the mechanical room. We could hear the people above us and along on the one side. Our room looked as though nobody had been in it in a while. I had to quickly clean up some dead pill bugs that were in the bathroom before my daughter saw it. Also saw an alive one in the bedroom area. The room could definitely use an overhaul. The parking lot asphalt is a mess and it rained our entire trip so it was a muddy puddle.

Wir haben zur Bespaßung der Kinder die Unterkunft wegen dem Pool gebucht, dieser war aber geschlossen. Darüber wurden wir vorher nicht informiert.

This hotel was affordable and clean and had a free breakfast.

Room was dated and could use updating, and the pool was out of order.

The room is spacious and it has a small sofa, fridge, microwave and two desks which we used a lot. Breakfast is decent, but don't put too much expectations on that.

The sink was clogged, I can't understand how this was missed during last cleaning, I wonder if it was cleaned at all. Gross. Also one of the support for the bed had a missing piece, some sharp metal (see pic) was hidden and my kid managed to have a small cut in the ankle. Again, how do you miss that? Just ridiculous.

Quiet place

Furniture in room not clean. Both the sofa and the easy chair had white stains on them. Also, now my daughter has a bug bite of some sort on her hand, which she thinks she may have gotten in the room. Crowded - lucky we only had three people with us instead of four because a fourth couldn't have fit getting into or out of the bed by the window without bumping into the curtains and walking sideways to straddle the narrow space on the side of the bed. A fourth person would have had to climb over their bedmate to get out of bed. Location was ridiculous. Up a huge hill, far away from everything else in the town, on isolated roads that twisted and turned. Very inconvenient.

wifi. No internet for iPhone users. I was trying to book a room for the following night and couldn't understand why I had no internet. First time I've run into this. Desk was busy so I walked as far from the building as I could to get internet again. Problem was resolved when I could talk to the guys at the desk.

The check-in and check-out process was easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We also enjoyed the room, as it was spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was okay but that was expected. The room felt a little dated.

We like to have fresh air so we were pleased to see that the windows opened.

Location. Very little within walking distance. Downtown was only a ten minutes drive, but without a car there was nothing of interest nearby. We were passing through so this was not an issue.

We arrived at 3:30 and had to wait for a room; the personnel were rude; wi-if was spotty; bathroom was outdated and worn down. It was a bad experience.

The location was centrally located

I am reluctant to complain too much because the manager, Tony did try to make things right by comping us 1 night but there are issues that need to be addressed. The property is a No-Smoking property. Unfortunately, a previous guest(s?) had fogged up the room so badly, that we had to spray the room down with Lysol when we arrived, whcih only masked the odor but at least made the room inhabitable for the two nights we stayed still.......that particular room needs to be taken out of service and be thoroughly fumigated, have the carpet replaced (or at least the sections with the cigarette burns) and have at least one piece of stained furniture replaced. Now that I think about it, we probably should've insisted on moving to another room when we checked in but we arrived late and were tired...oh well. We also had an issue with children above us making an INCREDIBLE amount of noise throughout the overnight hours into the next morning. NOT the hotels fault, but we got absolutely NO sleep and I was pretty cranky the next morning. Also, the toilet didn't flush properly and the shower drain was very slow. I mentioned it but the handyman came right away and my wife was still sleeping (no sleep from the kids above us) so I asked him to come back...which he didn't. Lastly, the breakfast room monitors did their best to keep up, but there were more issues during breakfast service then I'd care to go into...just about everything that could've gone wrong did....still they kept their composure and with a smile on their faces, continued to plug away. The pool was welcome after 3 state parks and 9 miles of hiking. We only wished that the hot tub hadn't been out of order. Fortunately the family above us checked out on our second day and we actually got a decent night's sleep the second night.
