Clean comfortable room
I booked the room for two nights May 1-3.
I checked out at 9am on the 2nd and was still charged for 2 nights on my card.
I have reached out to the hotel and have not gotten a response to have this corrected.

Had an absolute nightmare of an experience with this hotel. For starters, we spent an hour and a half attempting to just get our key cards to open the door to our room, never actually got it resolved and the solution was to leave the door ajar if we needed to leave until IT could come fix it. Once we were let into the room by the master key, it was disgusting. There was no shower curtain, a plunger on a plastic bag next to the toilet, a cracked, crumbling, and stained jacuzzi tub, and a leak coming through the wall onto the floor. So much for our master king suite! I had to request a new room, which wasn't a whole lot better, had a bad smell, and according to the staff who was helping us, wasn't cleaned to the hotel's standards. We eventually ended up in a standard room after paying an absurd amount for what I thought was going to be a beautiful king jacuzzi suite per the pictures and reviews. After almost 3 hours we finally settled into our new room (which had hair in the shower but I wasn't about to complain again). I asked about getting a refund, and was told I had to get permission from the booking site first before they could issue it. So I got on the phone with them (it's now midnight at this point), and they agreed to issue the refund. The hotel acknowledged this, confirmed I would be refunded, and everything was set. Or so I thought. My refund was never issued, and I actually got charged TWICE. Cue 3 and a half weeks of going back and forth with the hotel trying to get my refund. Countless calls, running around in circles, explaining the same thing over and over, for 3 and a half weeks. They were adamant the issue was with the booking site, when all along they had the capability to issue my refund and finally did after almost a month after my stay. Staff are friendly but do not seem to have the knowledge to back it up. Nothing was offered for my poor experience and time I had to spend trying to get my refund.

The breakfast was decent
Room #1: the toilet was broken n dirty and the phone didn't work. I was moved to another room, Room #2 and the phone didn't work and the wall with the lamps power went out! There was no cover for the fold put bed or pillows. There was only bath towels for 3 and there was old wrappers in the couch! I spent almost a hour with the mishaps of the room n moving to another room that wasn't functional. There was another lady in front of me that reported the refrigerator in her room and fan in her bathroom wasn't working.

Location room and breakfast
We had to ask twice when the in room coffee maker was broken and body wash out. After second time it was taken care of and we got fresh towels and cookies too which was a nice touch

Close to the amusement park. Easy to book.
The hallway carpet to rooms looks dirty and smells bad. The bathroom has almost empty roll in the holder. It was not replaced. We even gave them an ETA. The room was not disinfected coz we all are sneezing when we entered. We woke up so stuffy. No bottled water in the vending machine. No USB charging port in the room. If you're in a budget, then you get what you pay for. But it safe overall. It's pretty decent for the price.

Located close to lots of shopping and places to eat. Bed was comfy.
Room wasn't clean. It was dusty and there was soap scum on the floor of the tub that made it slippery getting in to shower. The blankets weren't wide enough for a king bed.

The beds and the way they were made. Ran out of toilet paper. No free wifi unless we signed up for rewards. And tv was old and out-dated.

Location/Cleanliness
I paid for a jacquizzi room for two nights and was not able to use it. Spoke with manager, stated that it was missing "parts". Was not able to switch rooms or get a refund due to me booking through a third party. Have to talk to Booking.Com if I want a refund...

I was charged for parking at the hotel. I have stayed there many times and this is the first time I was charged for parking. this is ridiculous. I was also placed in a room that I stayed in before and had the same issues as my previous stay. The toilet clogged the first time I used it also the jacuzzi tub motor was very loud and sounded like it was going to blow up the jets did not put out much water so we had to use it like a regular bathtub I will not be staying here again

The air in the room barely worked. It would kick itself off every so often. The filter screen was packed with dirt and build up. There were ants and spiders in the pool room. I never got a receipt for the stay. I was told “sometimes our system just doesn’t give one- you’ll get emailed.” which I only got a $10 fee receipt for guest parking??!

great location to shopping and restaurants. adequate and clean gym: treadmills, free weights, universal machine. Front Staff was PHENOMENAL!!!!. came for a funeral, we got in late and needed a late checkout to get ready. Staff was very kind and helpful.

staff was fairly friendly
I was charged over $30 more when I checked in than my Booking.con listing. I had to plunge my toilet and it still never worked properly. for $170 my view outside my window was a large generator. I had to call downstairs for them to bring me a remote control for the TV, and the room appeared to have a once over from the last guest instead of a good cleaning. I’m supremely disappointed

It was located near lots of stores and restaurants at the end of a quiet street. I really enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning that offered a good spread of food. Something for everyone’s tastes. The staff were so nice and attentive and made us feel welcomed.

The bathroom was very nice. I loved that the counter followed the mirror around the walls giving more space for cosmetics. The bed was comfortable.
We had no phone in our room so couldn't get a wake up call. Also people next door to us came in yelling and screaming and banging on the walls for 2 1/2 hours. We had to be at the hospital at 6 AM so needed to sleep. Was an easy drive to the hospital and also to places to eat. Friendly desk clerk.
