Friendly staff, nice breakfast options, and clean comfortable rooms.

The facility was under repair or construction. It smelt of old wet towels or something of the sort. Just not a great first impression when walking into the lobby. Makes you wonder if the place is clean. The rooms where satisfactory

The employees were rude!!! My card was charged $600 for “cleaning” when the room was already a disaster when we arrived.

The dog fee was almost the fee for the room which was ridiculous

Fee for pet was to high so we won’t return

It was half way to where we were going and home.

The owner and his son were absolutely unprofessional. The lady working the counter did what she could but it wasn’t her doing that caused any issues. Check in was 3pm we arrived at 3:15. Were told rooms were not cleaned yet. We were told 10 minutes and 1 of the 2 would be ready. I said that fine we will put all our stuff in one room and check into the second room when we got back from our event. This is where it went south. The owner sent her out to my group who at this point had now been waiting for 20 minutes for that first room and accused us of trying to fit 7 people in 1 room and threatened to charge more money for occupancy. I assumed it was due to my we will put everything in room 1 and wait comment. Then at 4:00 I was told by the staff that my only options were to continue to wait for a clean room (still didn’t have one at this point) or cancel my stay and I’d only be charged for 1 room since it was past my free cancellation time. When I asked to speak the the owner who had retreated to his office he told the front counter lady he had nothing to say to me at which point his son told our group 2 men 2 women and 3 children to leave the premises in not a so much nice way. We left around 4:10 to head to our event and had to find a new hotel to sleep in for the night. So I officially never got checked into the hotel because the rooms were not available and I was still charged for the 2 rooms for 1 night

Nice variety, very clean. Staff greeted us.

Refrigerator too cold.

The breakfast was very good.

Our first room had no heat and the shower was warm at best. Our second room had a rock hard bed and not very warm water. The pool was very dirty!
