The room had cockroaches on the wall and I had to leave because I couldn’t stay like that. The elevators were super dirty and the doors would get stuck. It was an awful experience I stayed there for only 3-4 hours before I had to leave.

The food was just average. the cookers were nice people.

The time to close the buffet bar and kitchen, the personnel almst kicked us out of the wainting line, we were for 20 minutes in line to be served and at the 10 am sharp a guy started to close the area, of cousres the people that was on the line 20 or 30 minutes before closing time couldnt get a good food supply. Tables were not served quickly to be cleaned out.

Clean, lots of amenities, attentive and breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful hotel that is very well kept. It’s currently under renovation but they keep it very clean and organized for guests.

Considering outside temps are currently 109 degrees I won’t hold it against the hotel that the cold water was very warm . Also noticed a lot of dust on the sprinkler heads in the room as well as the corners of the ceilings.

The Staff was friendly and the room was nice for my family of 5

I didn't like that there was construction, and the workers that stayed there would park their vehicles and take up multiple parking spots, causing me and my family to have to leave our family's house early just to be sure to get a parking spot close for a more safer walk and if we choose to spend time with our family which is why we travel from wisconsin to see them then we would be forced to park and walk a long distance to the hotel...other then that it was great and we would stay again as long as parking is for guest staying for traveling.

everything was wrong, dirty, rude staff, construction site, no consideration ornrespect for the guest at all, the worst hotel in Laredo.

The property is under renovation and construction is underway. There was noise all around My room was next to elevator I could hear people coming and going The morning breakfast was bad and everything is for sale I ask for a bottle water and was charged for it. I have been to other hotels and water is complimentary Parking was bad on Saturday night cause of a function they had going. It was a bad experience all around.

We were not satisfied with our first room. And the staff relocated us to a better room. We also lost a bag of items we have purchased and the staff was able to locate that for us

We were unsatisfied with the new policy of two drinks per adult. That location is a reason why we booked there happy hour is 5: 30 to 7:00 and we were unsatisfied. We also did not know there was renovations and remodeling being taken place at the time of our arrival. You could smell paint which wasn't pleasant and in here drilling which we know was going to stop at 6:00. Also the ballroom located downstairs had blasting music to about past midnight that we can hear from our room and and we were located on the 4th floor.

I wish that I would have known that it was under construction. Breakfast on the weekend started at 8:00 am which was not convenient.
