the breakfast and the breakfast ladies were VERY nice.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was decent.

Room felt dirty/old. Carpet was stained and had a strange texture. Bathroom also felt dirty and smelled like smoke, and was very small. There was also a non-working phone attached to the wall next to the toilet? Walls are thin - could hear everything outside in the hallway. Overall it felt old, tired, and not so clean, especially for such a high price per night.

Great breakfast on site.

linens were dirty, didn’t like how the sink was located outside of bathroom with toilet, shower was clogged so water rose to ankles while taking a shower, maid did not come to clean the room

The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the pool.

Well, they had exposed fiberglass insulation underneath the AC/heating unit which I didn’t see until our last day. I brought it to their attention and they apologized for the room, but didn’t offer any sort of discount or coupons for the state the room was in. To be clear, I could have raised this to the company’s upper management, but I didn’t want to be one of those guys.

location easy to get to and plenty around it and close to the downtown area which is wonderful.. Breakfast was awesome, fresh blueberries in pancakes, egg whites omelets, and almond milk offered and gf items as well as standard items, lots of options and variety. The employers were great, i would mention their name but no name tags to give a shout out to. the guy at check in was helpful with local info and the woman running the breakfast shift by herself was great and very friendly. room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Only 2 issues, we had room on first floor down by pool and gym and exit door, so all night long we heard the door slamming so did not get a good night's rest and there was a slight smell in hallway, we think from the pool area.
