Location was convenient.

Outdated. Pictures did not truly represent the rooms or property. There was two towels total for the room - no bath mat. When asked for more towels we were asked to bring down the towels we did have to have more towels. The breakfast was stale. The staff was friendly but they don’t have what they need to make this a clean and comfortable hotel. The walls are paper thin and children were running races down the hall at 7 am for half an hour. Will never stay again.

This was a very short stay for us as we were just passing through and need to sleep. But it was very clean and we had a good sleep

Mattress were comfortable

Room was dirty, carpet not vacuumed, bed linens looked like they were used, only part of a roll of toilet paper, one bath towel , mirror covered in prints, night stand had food from previous guests, room was so dusty you could write on the tables Pool hours on website and in room were 9 am to 10 pm however sign on pool door and desk clerk stated hours were 5pm until 9 pm. Breakfast tables were not wiped before the next guests, staff did not refill containers unless they were asked. We stayed for 2 nights and room was not cleaned on the second day, when I asked if that was normal I was told that if we wanted anything the second day we had to request it. Very poor experience

I did not stay at this property, I canceled reservation immediately upon making it. I received statement that I was not being charged but no refund has gone back on my card.

Who is responsible to refund my card? Wyngate or Booking .com
