It was clean and had updated furniture and Lobby furniture.

The parking garage was odd and right, it was flooded and I was not aware I would have to pay $15 a day for parking on top of the room rate.

The location was excellent as we walked over to the Capital for self-tour. We enjoyed going out for dinner as there were several suggestions in the hotel guide book that was in the room. The buffet breakfast was very good. William - our check in person - was very nice.

The bathroom needs updating. The underground garage is difficult to maneaver

The location was great and breakfast was better than most. The garage was in the basement which was good as I watched drug dealing near the station !

Was disappointed didn’t get a park view yet the hotel wasn’t busy at all.

The smell of the hotel very outdated and ancient smells

Need to fix entry to underground parking-should not need to rely on front desk to admit someone-use either room card or a code.

One of the only good things was the location, and it was easy to find.

The parking lot is very accessible for everyone, and kind of sketchy. There was constant people driving in and out in tinted out loud cars and some random scooters, which caught me off guard tbh. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. It seemed like the housekeepers just sprayed some lemon cleaner in the heater/AC, couldn’t even have it on because the lemon scent was so heavy you could taste it when the air was blowing. The bathrooms were hardly clean, and the front desk women was beyond rude. The breakfast was very “normal”, no hotel breakfast seems to be good and this one lived up to that.

All was acceptable.

it’s closeness to the XL Center

hmmm- let’s see… lack of security, homeless people accosting me on the way in- hotel guests smoking pot in the check in area of the parking lot, only one working elevator for 8 floors…but my favorite was my door being banged on at 9:40am when check out was NOON! not only did housekeeping keep knocking - they keyed the door when we didn’t answer - so great - thanks for waking us up !

Room - good, Location very good for walking and seeing the Capital building. Breakfast OK but there was no fruit.

Met our expectations. Although no smoking, elevator had a smokey smell like marajaunta (sorry for the spelling) every time we used the elevator.
