I liked the location in the center of the city and the staffs friendliness.

I didn’t like that me and my family had to walk past people smoking a large hookah to get into the property. they were sitting in the archway to the property stinking it up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The key cards to the first room assigned would not work, she tried 3 times. Finally we agreed to move us to another room and it worked perfectly!

It could use some updating. Things in the room were starting to peel and crack and looking a little dingy. Also, there was not as much variety at breakfast as we had hoped and ended up eating at a restaurant.

Toilet ran constantly- I had to shut off the water. a very minor repair that should’ve been easily handled. The rate charged for the room was high for the location in my opinion. This place did not deserve 3 stars.

Breakfast was fantastic. All employees were very nice and professional.

Room reeked of bleach and caused headaches. Paid reservation in full on booking.com and was charged again upon arrival. Charges are still in dispute over a month later.

The breakage was very good. The front desk attendants were great!

Hot tub not working. Washer/dryer not working so staff was using the ones on the 2nd floor. I had to call to get towels. The maid had none. The front desk delivered some without being asked. We had to wait for our room. The rooms were not ready by 3:00 p.m.
