Location was great and facilities were safe.

First room they sent us to had been used and not cleaned. All the walk ways were flooded by the ac units and they had painted the walkways and steps with very slippery paint. Every step at night after condensation had built up was hazardous. Seriously we had to take baby steps to not slip and break our necks. I had to walk barefoot because my flip flops were soaked and slipping off my feet.

There was no breakfast , the juice machine wasn’t working , the ac did not get cold , the beds were very uncomfortable . I stay at a lot of days inn . This one was by far the worst . They had drug deals going on right in the parking lot . I wanted my money back to relocate and they wouldn’t refund if your uncomfortable you should be able to be refunded to find a room more comfortable . I will NEVER stay in this motel again . My company has a lot of people staying in the motel at a time and we will never come back to this one . We couldn’t get a room transfer either . The swimming pool was WAY WAY to cold to enjoy . This has been the first time we ever had a problem at one of these named motels . I would like to be refunded so maybe we could try it again since they wouldn’t refund our money that night we checked in . When we complain we want people to understand we’re not being a diva or disrespectful we want you to listen and understand that if they would have just gave out money back and let us find a different motel it would have been different . Thank you for listening . I give great reviews when it had been a great experience and I tell the 330 employees how our stay was so they will know we’re to go and not go . The 98.00 a night is not what it’s about I would pay 300 dollars a night if I know it’s comfortable . I want my money back we went and stayed In our truck from 1:00 am until 7;00 am it was just to hot in the room . I have cancer and was staying the night to be at my chemo treatment the next morning and we got NO sleep . It would be greatly appreciated if my money is refunded so I can spread the word y’all did what was right , thanks for listening if you do .

The unsafe environment, the door next door had visitors all night long banging on door , the room was very hot and wouldn’t cool off , it was unsafe to get ice , drug deals going on in parking lot . The bed was very hard , we wanted a refund and couldn’t get that back that’s not right at all . We stay at a lot of days inn and we will never stay at this one again or my company . Please if you care refund our money so we can let everyone know y’all did us right . We stayed in our truck so we didn’t even get to use the room .

Was disappointed that after paying for the room we were charged $100 fee to ensure the room was left in good condition. Fee was not refunded for 2 days after we left.

The location was good for what we needed to do for baseball tournament

I did not like being on the third floor when the hotel is not full. After getting to the hotel room and noticing the other rooms that were open curtains I saw that each room had a phone in it which we did not have in ours. We also spent 4 days calling maintenance to come and fix our toilet as it kept stopping up it would not flush in almost overflowed twice. The third time we called the maintenance man had to come twice. I did tell the manager twice and he did not offer to give me a new room he just said I'm so sorry for the inconvenience as he was too busy talking to somebody else behind the desk. And there were no washer and dryers as this is advertised on the website. Which presented a problem as we needed to do laundry at least twice while we were there due to the baseball tournament we're in so I had to go down the road and spend $20 on laundry which was not really convenient. Also it is the only days and I've been in where you don't have your own coffee pot in the room and their breakfast was Fair to Midland and it did not look good the fruit was bruised and not really fresh

it was in a good location near many food places , the staff was friendly and we enjoyed the indoor pool

the hotel had bugs little bugs but none the less bugs I’m not sure if it was because they’re located outside or what but it wasn’t just swarming with bugs me and my husband just happened to see them crawling and made sure to check our bags before we left.
