one of the guest services staff was an asshole… when we ran out of toothpaste & requested a complimentary one. The one lady was nice but the other not at all. my youngest daughter asked for a spoon & she said to her (bitchy) “do you need ANYTHING ELSE??????” Just condescending & rude tone. she was intentionally being an ass. My bed was dirty!!? the sheets had crumbs on them…& MAKEUP!!!? The top cover had stuff on it & several hairs. GROSS ME OUT!!!! I paid a lot to be able to stay at a Hooiday Inn when there were cheaper properties around & yet I still didn’t get my points! super bummed about this whole stay. the location was bad… there is a gas station right next door & there were homeless people walking around by the vehicles in the middle of the night. the door by the pool was unlocked & anyone could’ve walked in. it started to thunder, so we didn’t stay long in the hot tub, but that was nice enough. there were 3 of us in this room and only two large towels! why?? it’s technically a 4-person room. made no sense to me!? When a guest went out to his car around 3:30 am and set off his alarm… it rang for a good 20 minutes & not one staff member or anyone else even checked it out!!??? why not??!! what if he was being robbed? injured? etc Bad on the hotel & why no security at all??! at that hour, someone should have checked on his alarm going off at that hour! Breakfast was nice. the woman helping there was so incredible kind.

This location is alittle gem. It is very clean and the front desk staff S was very professional plus helpful. She was able to give me the layout of the hotel and answered all of my questions.

everything was literally perfect

The breakfast choices were amazing. Everything was kept filled and available.

We were in an adjoining room. When the room adjoined to ours had some one in it, we could hear everything from their room. It was late and it sounded like they were standing at the foot of our bed talking!

Nice location right off I95 but feels remote. Nice clean hotel - not too crowded.

It’s. little bit of a drive to beach. Not too far though - about 20 minutes to Melbourne.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly.

The air conditioning was miserable. Either stale air and quiet or cold and very loud. Yet the hallways were wintry. The food was barely edible and the coffee was awful.

The staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice and pretty good size. The location was great right off the interstate and only 30 minutes from the beach if you have time to breakaway from whatever you are traveling for and visit it.

The room was pretty clean. The only issue was the room smelled a little musky. I feel like the price was a little high for a room with two beds and a small space. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I would stay there again.

breakfast was poor. no hot water for 3 of our 4 nights there. staff refused to offer refund discounts or refund our last night when we checked out early. cleaning staff was great and friendly though
