All of the staff is super friendly, the breakfast and lounge areas were constantly being kept up as far as cleanliness and being restocked through the morning while we were there, and the room was comfortable.

Very warm welcoming, everyone was polite and helpful with directions. Room was clean and you wouldnt leave breakfast on an empty stomach. Mac donalds are in the next building if you need a fast bite during the day.

If you chose this as a place to stay while visiting NY, you will need to take a cab/uber or bus to a metro station and then go to Manhatan.

Folks there are very nice. The space is generally clean and orderly. The parking lot is small but we were able to get a spot. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were at the same hotel in early June and 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. It is still broken. This means riding up/down potentially with garbage, etc. I would prefer, given how much any hotel costs, to not have to do that. And when busy, having only 1 small elevator is ridiculous.
