The hotel was functional for our visit to Madison.
The front desk person on arrival was very impatient. Due to staff shortage the rooms were not cleaned everyday.

Good sized rooms. Pool, fitness center, and laundry room were available. Staff was excellent! Stanley and Meghan especially get ten stars!

I didn’t stay….I tried to cancel one of my days as I overbooked by one day and got the run around call booking.com n then booking.com telling me to call the property so I ended up getting a room elsewhere and canceling my card used to hold this hotel so that I was not charged..should not of been this difficult to adjust my stay from 5 nights to 4 nights but all in all I will never book again with you nor booking.com….

Breakfast wasn’t open yet when we left in the morning(Sunday). For future reference, I suggest opening breakfast early, especially on the weekends when people are more likely getting up early to travel. We needed breakfast at 6a.m. and it didn’t open until 7a.m. Bummer, as the breakfast options looked good.🙁

Jacob at the front desk gave EXCELLENT customer service!! The Hotel was clean and comfortable and seemed to have whatever you needed.
I would have enjoyed a continental breakfast buffet over the restaurant style breakfast that was offered. More choices that are more of a “grab and go” not the way it it is.

no microwave no fan in restroom restaurant was horrible not eatable not enough towels in rooms had to ask for the basic supplies staff was not help or friendly at all. make you feel like you were bothering them. location was horrible not close to anything

Convenient location and good ambience. Front desk team was very helpful and welcoming. Free airport pickup and drop-off shuttle service was a big convenience. Restaurant at the hotel offered tasty food selections. Absolutely enjoyed staying at this hotel.
