The hotel is old looking. Walking down the 3rd floor hallway felt like I was going to step into a hole.

I think staff should clean rooms every day

I wasn't made aware of any breakfast. I liked the bedroom. I liked the spaciousness.

I didn't like that the ventilation system used to port cool air from the ductless air conditioner wasn't working. I didn't like that loud music kept my family up all night and after two phones calls to the office, Brian could not find the source. I think Brian was maybe hosting the party. how could you not hear the bass drum thumping through the walls is beyond me. I almost packed up and left in the middle of the night.

Staff is really nice, they allow pets, and the pet deposit is the cheapest we have ever had to pay, but that's probably because they over charge for the rooms...

We booked the room that had a separate king bedroom, living area with fold out couch, and a good size kitchen. There was no ac unit in the bedroom, just the living area, with a vent that is supposed to circulate the air (I guess) but it was so hot. The living area was cold, but the room seemed to never cool off, even when leaving the door open all day and night, and a fan blowing into the room to help push the air in. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. This was not worth the money we spent. We stay in the same type of rooms at Marriott and Hilton hotels all the time, and they aren't even that expensive, and, they have central air, or at least an ac unit in each room.

Some of the staff were very friendly but others not too friendly.

The lobby smelled of very strong scent spray. It seems that the front desk clerks must smoke and mask the lobby with a large amount of strong spray that almost causes you to choke. That needs to get addressed.

The location was perfect to restaurants and shopping.

I was their for 7 nights and they didn’t inform me when I checked in, that when you ask for a housecleaning your only allowed only one cleaning. Asked for a cleaning after on 3rd day, so on my 5 day, when asked again they said no cleaning, but would supply towels and TP if needed. So, my Trash overflowed, ran out of toilet paper even tho I called front desk and spoke to front desk in person and I still had to walk down to the front desk to get a roll of TP. I also think they had fleas in the carpet, began to notice them by my last evening in the carpet. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room during the day, just in the evening to sleep so didn’t really see them before.

No breakfast was served

The place was not very clean. The hallway carpet had mud on it that was there when we checked in and there 2 days later when we left. The house keepers would pile the trash right by the elevator doors until they were done cleaning the hall- which they did not service our room during the stay - which is ok but the place overall looked dirty and not well kept

Smelled musty on the room

Everything.. they have free laundry. Hot guys on jobs from outa town.

The price but I'm low budget, and it's not there fault.. the entrances are kinda bad
