Absolutely horrible experience, will never stay there again! Horrible service and I’m posting reviews all over about this hotel and about booking.com, my wife and I showed up and we had our hotel booked 3 months in advance, when we get to the hotel they didn’t have our room. The hotel blamed booking . Com and booking.com blamed the hotel. They both stole our 323 dollars that we paid and ended up staying at the Hampton inn and had to pay more money for another hotel . I will never ever use booking.com or stay at that hotel ever again and I’m posting this everywheee

Horrible experience

Very comfortable and cozy. Nice breakfast and place to unwind during happy hour.

Sink didn’t drain properly

I would just recommend bath mats in the tub.

I stayed at the HIE in Chadron the night before and the bathroom was much nicer/newer. I especially liked the shower space.

The junior suite was perfect size for a family of 4. We had plenty of room and liked the sitting area/ fold out couch. Kids has their own TV to watch.

The price was abit higher than we wanted to spend. But on short notice it was worth it.

Place was clean, breakfast was really good, especially coffee! Staff were very helpful when we needed.

I didn't think it was necessary to wash towels after one use. Change out only if they are on the floor.

Very clean. Nice continental breakfast.

Pool had to much chlorine in it. Sitting in the pool room watching my kids my eyes burned and watered. Also, no swim towels so had to use our room towels. Went to front desk to get more towels for a shower and reception said they had no clean towels.
