The hotel staff was nice and informed me that the pool was closed.

This shouldn't have been listed as having a pool because it has been closed for 3 years.

The rooms are newly refurbished We received an upgrade with a jacuzzi tub

We stayed in a ADA room. Water from shower sprayed over entire bath floor- extremely dangerous. Briken glass on bathroom floor, damaged lamp shade, unusable couch - sunken cushions, horrible breakfast, stale decaf coffee (tasted like reheated pot from day before) , cold eggs, barely warmed sausages. Staff vaping directly outside front entrance.
