Le personnel a du mal à décrocher un sourire et les cloisons entre les chambres sont fines.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Die Lobby mit Bar ist sehr hübsch gestaltet, es gab dort selbst gemachte Zitronenlimonade frei für die Gäste. Alles top. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der direkt gegenüber liegende (nicht zum Hotel gehörige) Texas BBQ "Biergarten" ist dazu sehr praktisch. Es gibt eine kleine Poolanlage (die war leider aufgrund der Jahreszeit geschlossen), daher kann ich hierzu keine weiteren Angaben machen.

Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: uns ist bewusst, dass man in den USA fast nur von Plastik- oder Pappgeschirr isst. Trotzdem hätte ich mir gewünscht, daß man in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht von Papptellern frühstücken muss. Es mag auch der Covid Pandemie geschuldet sein, aber etwas weniger Müll würde auch der wunderschönen Natur zu Gute kommen. Das Frühstück war aber trotzdem sehr reichhaltig und gut und wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Plenty of parking lots and overall very nice.

I don’t know what kind of problem the reception desk ladies have with people in general and are so rude. Haven’t you still understood that people who come to this hotel are YOUR CUSTOMERS, for God’s Sake????? Your salary is being paid BY US who book rooms in your establishment!!!!!!!!

As described and the same as the pictures. Rooms were clean, safe and comfortable. Arrived very late but reception staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast was basic but filling for the day, had lots of choice (including hot, cold and dry) . Good location for sights of page, tour of anteloupe canyon, grand canyon and horseshoe bend. Good value for money also. Free and safe parking was a bonus!

The fridge / freezer , microwave and aircon unit (when on) were very loud so had to unplug to sleep. Other than that it was fab.

I had a problem and the staff went further than they needed to go to fix things for me. At the same time they were polite and friendly. Really good people

Receptionist was slow on getting a big group rooms. The big group was super loud. And my gf and I were waiting to long to get keys to our room when I was already checked in by phone. Had to wait more than 20 minutes to get keys. Really frustrating!
