Rebecca and Sue were so kind to us during our stay.

Pool area could use a little updating but overall nice.

The staff was extremely friendly and on top of all of our issues

There was a roach in our room in which I brought to staffs attention, no water in the whole hotel so unable to use the in room jaccuzi, hot tub in pool area water was cold, smoke detector kept going off from low battery and was told by staff just to take them down and take oout the batteries. I was told I was going to be comped my room but still have not heard from anyone, I believe the owner, Henry was notified and notes were all over our account.

Breakfast was fine and staff was friendly and helpful . Was told be central booking that transportation to and from Albany airport. If it was I would have rented a car . When I checked in I found a sign on the desk suggesting Uber and Lyft were unreliable and there was only one cab driver in the area . Fortunately , I booked him 36 hours in advance but had I waited it would have been a problem .

The staff was friendly. Our biggest disappointment was that we stayed 5 nights and the room was only serviced one time.
