Everything was super convenient to find and get to like the parking, the cafeteria, laundromat, front desk, the AC was super cold and just lovely after a day of sitting in the sun watching football all morning. I loved how cozy the rooms felt so did my husband.

The pool had like two dead roaches in it and some white things floating around in them. The umbrella didn’t work it was broken. The whole pool just like so outdated and disgusting!

Breakfast was delicious.

I stay there 3 times a year for work and the last two times I have been there for a week and my room does not get clean at all. I have to go to desk to get toilet paper and clean towels.

Location. Beautiful inside. Comfortable and staff were very friendly and professional.

The sink had a slow drain and the remote didn’t work for me.

the price for the location (Fresno) was a bit high but it was our only option. The sofa and the coffee table were a bit worse for wear… sofa looked very worn and the coffee table legs were very loose and not sturdy if you moved it or put a lap top on it, I felt it would break. the room was dark with all dark furniture. I have a hard time seeing, even if I turned the lights on.

It was near a mall. The staff at the counter was helpful.

Good breakfast variety I tried to get black coffee in the machine and ended up with something else. That may be my mistake. Friendly and competent staff.

I wish parking the area was possibly more lit, maybe extra motion lights to ward off people checking out which vehicles from which to steal things.

Everything was perfect! It was an excellent stay. From the customer service to the room was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was so good. Enjoyed our stay.
