I heard the plumbing all the time while resting or trying to relax.

Rooms are clean with fresh decor.

Not in a walkable neighborhood. Some of the common areas can use some updating. My room did not have a microwave. The first few times I stayed here, one was included.

Nothing went well from the minute I arrived first two rooms were atrocious but the clerk went out of her way to accommodate me.

The first room I went to was filthy not cleaned beer bottles every where dirty sheets room stunk of cigarettes and dirty ass second room had no bedding and freezing dirty towels over smoke alarms counters scummy finally third room cleaner but fridge was frozen and couch was broken and unusable

Breakfast was adequate

The location was hard to find.

Called and told them I was going to be late getting there they said ok I had already paid these days before I also requested bottom floor because I'm disabled and also a pool view they said that taken care of gave me the room 120 I'll check in and they had given my room away they said come to find out from the manager that that room had been taken and was being used for weeks already so they didn't understand why they would tell me that room then they gave me another room but it was on the second floor got that straightened out finally gets a room on the first floor try to open the door with both keys did not work I was tired worn out upset about losing my room in the first place by the pool cuz I had stayed back there before earlier this month or last month try to open the door keys didn't work had to go get keys the guy came with me and try to use the keys himself couldn't do it so he used his key to get in so after that every time I came back to the hotel I had to go to the office and tell him I need to be let in my room come to find out on that one too that the manager told me there was no keys ever even issued to that room so I don't understand what was going on but that wasn't all you go to open the door and where they had done work at the hotel the new carpet they got was too tall and to open the door you have to actually use your whole body weight I am disabled and I'm very sore and kind of hurt my back every time I open that door to get in or even to close it so this was all disgust to the manager of the day I checked out and they said I had to contact booking.com and request a discount they have already agreed so there's no problem on their end I would like to get that money returned I think it was a percentage of what I paid so I'd appreciate it if this could be taken care of very promptly is swiftly thank you very much

They customer service was horrible they gave me the wrong room 3 times and the room I ended up with had ants everywhere.

Nothing. I can’t believe you have this place in your listings

Cleanliness, beds, remotes that worked , no ants, no water soaked carpets. The list goes on
