Felt unsafe inside the property. Small pool area just outside front desk, visible while checking in. Crowd of Foreign men take over the pool area, the women they are with all stay inside, I absolutely felt I wouldn’t be safe going to the pool. Room looked like it had been cleaned but strong smell of body odor in the room, even after spraying air freshener. Here’s where it gets worse. I was charged for another stay , do not stay here. Manager never returned my calls or responded to email. I was told by woman at front desk there was nothing they could do!

They didn’t check me in at 5.30 am and they didn’t even take care of us in the lobby, made us wait for so long and told me to get my money back from booking!!

The check in Clerk was rude, not friendly and had poor Customer service. Dirty towel with lipstick on it, hanging in bathroom. Heater wasn’t working properly.

The location was by a family member’s house so it was an easy commute

I didn’t like the lady Sue that work that morning shift to be exact. My self and a couple of family members drove to remember and pay respects to a family member that passed away bday this past weekend. We walked in and wasn’t greeted she was rude and snatched my I.d off the table as she hated her job. The first thing she said was “If you smoke marijuana or vape the police would be called and they would bring the dogs. (There was already a big sign that said “NO VAPING NO CIGARETTES NO MARIJUANA”) Like First of all none of us even smoke weed and for two we were African American. We were racially profiled and was treated horrible. The “CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST” was a complete joke food was terrible and everything was cold. I would highly recommend if your BLACK DONT EVER GO THERE.. I’m taking this to corporate and if that don’t work I’m going to higher up

The fire alarm went off twice while we were there and nothing happened. no apologies, no explanation, nothing. you can hear anything ever everything anyone does in the rooms around you. I also lost my wedding rings and when I notified them they literally did not care. All I got was and “Oh, here is your deposit back” after I had to ask about it because she “forgot” we won’t be back.

Great breakfast

Friendly quiet place. Nice breakfast area with convenient egg and sausage sandwiches. Bathroom with easy to use shower. Comfortable beds with large TV. Friendly and helpful staff.

Just a little larger sink area in the bathroom would've been nice, but really no biggie.

Check in was a disaster. We stood at the counter for what seemed like forever. They finally gave up and just gave us room keys and sent us away. Front desk person was pretty grumpy always complaining for everyone to hear. The next morning she was still there cleaning the breakfast area and answering the phone so that tells me something. I needed a cup for water in my room and the only one I could find was a plastic one with no wrapping on it. Was it clean or not? Bathroom was huge but strange. Shower head was shoulder high and I am not tall. You had to take it off the holder to wash your hair or bend way over. No place to put bathroom accessories around the sink as there was counter. You had to put things on a handicap chair in the corner.

It is a great motel,very clean and very friendly staff, the beds are very comfortable and they have a good variety of items for their continental breakfast.. I like that it is only a few blocks from the University Medical Center , Stores and restaurants are very close by... I reccomend staying here it is a great motel.. will be staying there again realy soon
