I didn't like the room, it was disgusting with the bedbugs we had all over our bodies.

Our room was completely full of bedbugs and the most terrible thing is that when we tell the people in charge of the Hotel about them, they don't even care.

Really good value. About a 10min drive from shopping and dinning. Stayed on a weekend and didn’t really hear too much noise.

Pool was really cold! And located right next to the doors so kinda drafty.

Did not like the smoking area right out the front door. People have breathing problems and allergies

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Wall in bathroom missing plaster. Lots of holes in curtain in the window. Sink had a dried up contact lens in it. Bathroom really didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Microwave sitting on a stand that was in bad condition. A lot of paint splatter on furniture and fixtures. Need more choices for breakfast.

Good location. Breakfast was decent.

The toilet rocked back and forth when you sat on it. Needs to be shimmed. Person who painted the trim the last time should look for a new job!

Hot breakfast with choices was great! Staff was accommodating.

Rooms are dated....need freshening with furnishings, paint, etc. Toilets are VERY LOW!

Front desk was helpful with making copies for me. Room was good.

Move smoking away form front door for guests and staff and keep the area clean. We don't appreciate walking through smoke. Breakfast was below average.

Easy to access location, walking distance to a restaurant. Check-in and checkout was fast.

Way overpriced ($174 for a Saturday stay). Older property that’s not well maintained. Also the pool was green.

The location of the hotel was nice, quiet and in a good area.

There was black hair all over our bathroom and on the towels. No one came in during our stay to take out trash or bring new towels and take used ones.

The staff is exceptional! They handled an issue with the guest next door quickly & professionally. The breakfast is good, & always hot :) I can't say enough good things about about the staff, super friendly & always happy to help.

The only issue I had was with the odor in my room. Even though the carpet is relatively new, it would be good to schedule regular cleanings/disinfectants. Nothing my Lysol couldn't handle for the interim.

The breakfast is pretty good and they have a good variety of food to choose from.

The room smelt like old, stale cigarettes the second we walked in and stayed smelling like that for the 2 days that we stayed. Walked into the bathroom and in the corner of the cubby hole there was a pile of sunflower seeds from I don't even know when🤢 a red stain on the carpet by the mini fridge (which is whatever) and when I checked in, the guy working at the front desk was talking to me in Spanish? And writing weird notes down on paper and sliding it to me which made me feel a little uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the breakfast and swimming in the pool

The sofa bed was a little lumpy

very quiet and comfortable

Bed bug in one of the beds. Stuck, dirty toilet broke, one room no air or heat.

That it had a pool and plenty of vending machines and wash and dry.

My sister and I was in the elevator and she leaned on the hand rail and it fell to the ground. She almost hurt herself by falling.
