The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent including the coffee. The room size was nice. We appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave.

The toilet seat appearance and the toilet seem to have a leak coming from the back base. The leak was slow enough that it didn't create too much of an issue for 1 night.

Pet fees!! Excessive!! You don't charge for children, why pets? Most people who travel with pets take very good care of them and train them and are responsible! If an animal OR a human causes damage to the facility, they should be charged a fee. But not everyone else. I will NOT stay at BW again because of this policy to punish guests who should not be charged a fee. That's too bad too, because the hotel was acceptable for my stay.

The staff was very nice/helpful. Tha breakfast good better than others hotels we have stayed.

The property appeared aged, however at the time of stay renovation was underway which also cause noise issues when trying to sleep.
