Nothing I liked about this property!!

The property was disgusting, Drunks and homeless people hanging around the property just horrible!

Big rooms

The place was literally a crack den.

It was smelling bad and not possible to open the window. The airport shuttle service doesn't exist.

key card access through lobby

uncomfortable area, unfriendly guest interactions, strong smell of weed.

rooms were stinky like cigarettes even though we had a non smoking room. in a terrible location all you hear is cops all night. people in the hotel setting off fire alarms at 2 am and in the hallway screaming. people banging on our door telling us to let them in, even though we didn’t know them. overall DO NOT STAY HERE 0 stars.

it was close to the shopping centers… that’s ALL

after calling them servals times saying our traveling group was going to check in very late because our bus had mechanical issues. they ( hotel staff ) told us don’t worry you are ok .. when we finally got there ALL of our rooms got canceled.. they wouldn’t honor the price we originally had on our reservation had to pay about 200 more each room ( we had a total of about 15 rooms ) and than some of our group couldn’t even get a room ( even though they originally had reservations) they had to all pack in serval rooms just to have a place to sleep that 1st night .. can’t tell you how disappointed we all was. and the sad part is they didn’t seem to care ..This will definitely be our Last time staying there.

The beds were very comfortable

The location was scary, taxi driver warned us not to leave the hotel at night. Strange characters hanging around the car park and doorway. People using the car park as a toilet in full view of our window. Furniture shabby and stained. One of our towels had red stains on it. Whilst toilet had one of those sanitation strips on it there was a “hair” On the seat. Carpet had long hairs on it. There were loud activities happening, Throughout the night, it sounded like somebody was jumping off beds. We felt unsafe and very uncomfortable.

Do not serve breakfast.

It was local in the heart of everything location is great

My room stunk I had to burn incense my whole stay there I would like my money back.drugs addicts in the hall way prostitutes meet you in the hallway it was embarrassing

I didn't like it at all... First they wanted to charge me an extra $50... but I didn't allow it, then when we got to our room, it was being remodeled and was in terrible condition and totally dirty. When we went to the reception and gave the complaints, they gave me a room that the bathroom was also a bit dirty and it did not have what we had paid for, which was the Jacuzzi.

The room was nice and spacious.

The whole hotel had a smoky atmosphere. The staff got irritated easily. The hallways are dirty.

It was in a drug infected area and the rooms looked like it was made for the homeless

Alber , the Guy at the reception did not seem to work as he was not interested in helping anyone . It seems that this employee was not hired correctly as he has no social skills and is doing us guest paying his salary a favor by even talking to us . The other guy was sleeping when I came in . The place is nice but the reception needs drastic change
