The walls are very thin, if you drop plastic spoon it can be heard clearly. The roof is thin you hear every single step of people above you, Their YouTube doesn’t work.

Nicest, cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in a while. Very nice overall and would definitely recommend to others.

Our only possible complaint would be the beyond tired carpet in the elevator, besides that everything else was excellent.

Recently renovated rooms, hallways and public areas!

The elevator still needs updating. If going anywhere, you’ll need to drive.

was not satisfied with my stay here. I awoke to my surprise at around 1am. And woke to see ants crawling on the headboard and the desk near the bed. This was traumatizing as I have a fear of spiders and bugs. I had to shake certain items that were on the desk, rinse them off and shake my bag and other items. Transitioning to another room was inconvenient, in addition, difficulties having a good nights rest due to waking up and checking for ants in The new room. Gave 24 hours notice about an early departure, and was charged full rate for the one day early leave. Poor front desk staff, lacking reservation data entry skills, resulting in additional fees for a room that otherwise was vacant.

The room was clean except for the socks left in the cabinet, and room key left under the sink

The lack of caring… The person who was on the desk around 2:00pm on Saturday the 12th, I called down to get maintenance to come up and fix our tub because it wasn’t draining, I let him know there was a DND on the door, but we were in the room so he just needed to knock. I was told he couldn’t with the DND on the door. So I told him we would take it off until we left for the concert at 3:30… He never showed up. So the next morning, while we were downstairs, the DND was on our door, and he went into the room. When I called downstairs to find out why, when I was told the day prior that the DND was not allowed if we wanted him in there, I was told, that he let him know to ignore the DND!!! Really?? Then why did I sit in a room with my bath tub full of water all night, if he could just ignore the DND?!? I am a GM of a Hotel, I’m aware that when the DND is up employees are NOT allowed to enter the room, UNLESS the guest says it’s ok. I said it was ok, WHILE I WAS IN THE ROOM!!! The agent was rude, made excuses, and then when I asked why the maintenance man came into our room, after we were told he couldn’t with a DND, I was asked “so, you didn’t want your tub fixed?” Really? No i wanted my tub fixed. What I didn’t want was someone in my room while I wasn’t in there. I felt lied to, and violated!
