The bed was perfect. I have back issues and the bed didn't give me any pain.

Just the prices for sodas beer and wine too expensive

I was thoroughly disappointed and inconvenienced during my recent stay at a Marriott property a couple of weeks ago. First, I had to go up to another floor to the front desk just to get a luggage cart. After gathering my belongings from my vehicle, I had to manage a cart full of luggage by myself without any hotel staff assistance. Initially, I checked into my room and then retrieved my belongings from the car, as I prefer to inspect the room assigned to me for the two-night stay. Unfortunately, upon entering, I noticed a strong smoke smell despite my family not being smokers. I returned to the front desk to request a room change, which they accommodated, placing us on the floor with the front desk, which was much better. However, the problems didn't end there. The new room lacked Wi-Fi, and the TV repeatedly turned off and on while I was trying to watch a soccer match. When I brought these issues to a manager, her response was dismissive and rude, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. When I mentioned the Wi-Fi problem, she simply provided a number to call, which I felt was inadequate. It's frustrating to pay for services like Wi-Fi and encounter such issues, especially when the hotel's response was unhelpful and unprofessional. As a longtime Marriott Bonvoy member, this was by far my worst experience. The hotel needs to improve its customer service if they want to retain loyal customers like myself.

24/7 Empfang und sehr freundlich. Für Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Frühstück ist okay. Hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was pretty good just chaotic and ran out of things quickly.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed due to maintenance and the kids were extremely disappointed since they were excited to swim.

I Loved that I was able to stream, the view was lovely, the room was outstanding. Definitely will book again😁

Room a little pricey

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had plenty of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and having shower supplies like shampoo, conditioner and body wash is an added bonus.Bathroom was well stocked

The breakfast was satisfactory. It would have been nice to see a non pork option for sausage or bacon.The cheese in the scrambled eggs was a nice touch. Would have like to see a fresh fruit option and bagel and cream cheese.

Free breakfast, free parking, even free laundry services. Most places want to add fees and charge you for everything. Not Springhill Suites. The rooms were also spacious and had that extra pull out couch plus the separate office area so the family could spread out.

We could hear the loud neighbors in the room next door playing music and blasting the TV. Walls are kind of thin.

Did not stay. Receptionist canceled upon my request due to temporary closure of amenities.
