The location was fantastic. The inn has a lovely deck with a clear view of the bay and the mirror rock. Nice trails by the property too.

The room was sparse. No in room microwave. Or even an electric kettle. Only one and it's in the lobby, if you like your morning tea. Or wanted a latte evening snack and felt lazy to walk up all the way to the lobby just to reheat food. Just felt for the price, there are stays that do offer more.

Really nice hotel with magnificent views. The guy who served breakfast was so helpful and extremely friendly.

I’ve never slept on a bed or pillows which were as soft as those were. I had to roll a towel up and put it under the. Pillow as I felt I was lying just on the mattress it was so low. The mattress was far to soft as-well.

The hotel is about 25 min away by walking from the bayfront center with restaurents. Staff was friendly and we got a map of the town.

Location was beautiful

My room was hot, fan that was in the room was filthy, had to call front desk for a different fan. One that worked better. It hardly blew air. And the bed was sinking in. My last stay was better with the ceiling fan and Queen bed. I paid more for the king room this time with worse comfort. Disappointing.

The view and location to the golf course

Understaffed. They could not find my Booking confirmation and I had to pay them for my stay . I paid but due to staff being incompetent I paid Booking and hotel as well. Never have I been to a hotel that could no find my confirmation number. I am very upset. I am a huge fan of booking

Perfect location, beautiful view from our balcony. Loved having a pool and spa to enjoy. Good food at the on-site restaurant and reasonably priced. Easy walk into town.

The rooms have been remodeled and look clean and attractive. The bed was lumpy and the room was very small.

It’s within viewing the Bay from the street where we parked. that was nice. The shower pressure was amazing. Wish I had that pressure at home. The bathroom was a bit small but had been updated and was clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The food at the restaurant was delicious. And the view of the Bay from the restaurant was beautiful. Loved it!

Your online website and the info book in the room say the restaurant is open from 11 am until 9 pm. I called the front desk around 7:35 pm to see about getting room service for dinner. She explained they don’t offer room service but that I could submit a phone order with the restaurant for pick up. She transferred me to the restaurant. The nice lady who answered asked if I could hold for “just two seconds”, and I said sure. She assured me the hold would be very short. I was not placed on hold because I could hear the background noise and eventually her talking to someone. I waited (holding) for 10 to 15 minutes. I finally hung up. She had forgotten about me. I put in my shoes at about 7:55 pm, and walked over to the restaurant. I’m 66 and have a bad back so it probably took me 6 or 7 minutes to walk over. I wasn’t worried because the website and the room info book says they’re open until 9 pm. As I was walking up to the restaurant counter, a woman immediately said “We’re CLOSED”. I continued to the counter and tried to explain that I’d been on HOLD for a while about 20 minutes earlier, but she didn’t care at ALL! She just said more firmly “The Kitchen Is CLOSED”. Okay, so I ate Ritz crackers & peanut butter for dinner. It all worked out in the end. It was just that I’d been misinformed by your website (which still indicates open until 9 pm), and the room info book. We still enjoyed our trip to Morro Bay.

Breakfast was great

The inn is located inside of the park. The location and view from the lobby and restaurant are good. They have ample of parking spaces.

The room is small and outdated. The bed mattless is too soft and uncomfortable. The smoking area is nearby and I can smell cigarettes.

Morro Bay Inn is in a great location. The Ocean is on one side. And there is a beautifully manicured Golf Course on the other. Our room was well kept and very clean. Although it's an older hotel, the room has modern amenities and a very modern design. The room had a refrigerator, Kuerig coffee maker, and the most comfortable bed ever. If We needed anything, the friendly and accommodating Receptionist was only a "dial 0" away. We had a room with a deck and garden/ pool view. It was so relaxing to sit and look at stars! I could hear the Sea Lions barking in the distance. There is a restaurant/bar on site and from what I hear, it's pretty darn good! Unfortunately, we never had the chance to eat there. Our schedule did not make time for us to have a meal at the restaurant. (We plan on stopping in for a meal in the next month or so.) My husband's family know alot about this wonderful Inn. They ķnow the original owners and can they remember when it was being built! Some even worked there at one time or another. They too had only nice things to say about Morro Bay Inn! Once you see or stay at the Morro Bay Inn, you wont forget the peaceful and relaxing feeling it gives you. The grounds are beautiful and inviting. It seemed we were in a totally different part of the country with all the greenery and mature trees! I had to remind myself I was only 30 minutes from home. Once you stay, the place never leaves you. We will definitely be returning to Morro Bay Inn. Next time our stay will be longer!

There were no microwaves in the rooms. The television was a bit difficult to navigate. There were more than enough channels but it was just difficult to find specific shows or channels because there was no way to pull up a guide.

Fabulous location, outstanding staff, very friendly and welcoming.

The hot and cold water were reversed on the bathroom sink. It took a few minutes of running the water to figure out the problem. A note in the bathroom would have been helpful.

The king size room is very spacious and a lot of room. I love the fireplace and the balcony view. very nice shower with glass door.

it would be nice to have microwave in each of the rooms.
