Position is perfect for a late arrival / early departure to/from the Tyson airport. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. The complimentary water bottle is a kind offer by the staff .

The hotel is quite old style. Despite the very large size of the room the restroom is too small, the shower (inside the bath-tube) is too low and closed by curtains instead of a more clean and efficient glass door.

The property is clean, well appointed, and right next to the airport. There rooms surround an atrium that has a bar and coffee shop that sells travel items. (The front desk will provide a toothbrush and toothpaste if necessary.) The rooms are large, well decorated, with a bed with side tables and charging units, a desk, a large tv, and a large armchair with ottoman, and art. There is an actual closet with a safe. There is a coffee maker and small refrigerator. The bathroom is also spacious, very clean, and comes with toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The windows all look in toward the atrium, which means also into the other rooms.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance of the airport.

Hotel was understaffed and with one exception, none were happy smiling or friendly. They were obviously overworked and tired. Food was unremarkable and expensive. Room appeared clean at first glance but there was dried and sticky residue on the inside lid of the ice bucket, shampoo bottle had been used previously, hairs on the bathroom floor and black crumbs or something in the sheets. I will not stay there again.

The rooms are very clean. Perfect place to stay if you are having a late or early flight from the Knoxville Airport. They have an indoor pool perfect for the kids to play.

A little pricey for a night and breakfast is not included in the rate. The small coffee shop needs more varieties of products like gluten-free or dairy free.

The pool area was clean and welcoming. Hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was good but we did receive a milk that was out of date, that would have been our only complaint from the entire stay. Hotel was very clean in all areas and SO big! Exercise room was nice. Restaurant was pricey and we waited quite a long time for food.

We thought the restaurant was the bar from the pictures. Wanted to eat there because it was up in a separate area but wasn’t offered.

Location close to airport. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was nice and clean.

There wasn't an actual door to bathroom nor a vent for bathroom.

The shuttle driver was one of the most friendly people we interacted with!
