Hot tub

Accommodating staff, good hot breakfast, proximity to many restaurants, lounge area was comfortable, having cold refreshments available at front desk a big plus.

Parking was a little tight. No drive through parking needed for vehicles pulling small trailers. Vibrations in 4th floor room from hotel laundry equipment below.

no safe in room. Room was never cleaned on Saturday which was disappointing.

That the cleaners came in while I was still in the room and checkout was not until 12pm and left my door open it was vey unprofessional

my daughter enjoyed the pool.

we had to call the front desk because between 11:30 pm and 1:00 people were making noise inside and outside of the motel and the noise continued even after the call.

Warm welcome

Furniture is old, mattress sinks in. Needs updating. The mattress wasn't in a protector , just had a flat piece

The hotel location, price, cleanliness were great. Breakfast was awesome.

The mattress was super soft and probably needed to be changed out.

Although new the 2 queen beds in our room were slanted toward the edges. Virtually no breakfast. my husband could not even find a banana. The staff at the front desk was never there. We went downstairs to buy a meal from the pantry and the clerk was outside, smoking and talking on her phone. We waited for five minutes and she never showed up so we left would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Room was quiet, with a great shower.

Over all stay was good

Service was poor, front desk check in and check out was inconvenient, the server was very rude and judgmental.

The breakfast was decent. Staff was nice, but not very accommodating.

The air conditioner in my room didn't work the entire time. One of the employees actually came up to my room the 2nd night and attempted to fix it instead of just moving us to another room, but all he accomplished was causing the air conditioner unit to leak out and create a huge puddle of water that my girlfriend stepped in the next morning upon waking up. Later that evening the temperature dropped considerably outside and the heat didn't work either and left us in a cold room for our last night there. I let two separate employees know if the issue and wasn't even offered a new room, and when I suggested that as an option the only attention I got was when the employee came up to the room and did whatever he did to completely break the unit.
